This company is a huge scam and rob people for their money. I bought a capacitor and thermostat I no longer needed without opening the seal and return after two days. They charged me 20% each of the product. Meanwhile they are going to sell them full price for another customer. They buy their products from Amazon and EBay for cheap prices and gain 150% profit from it. Never buy from these people they are money hungry and it's really disgusting.

These guys have just about every part you need when something breaks!.and if they don't, they where to get it within a couple of days! This is one of Greensboro's lil hidden secret places to go when stuff breaks! Microwave parts, A/C compressors, refrigerator sealants and dryer heating units are just a few of the parts I have purchased from there.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I had the pleasure of working with Adam! He quickly identified the part that I needed with a price that I couldn't turn down. Adam had to have the part shipped from another store which is a 2 day process. He went above and beyond and ordered the part before I even called back to confirm that I wanted it. He said he would rather have it sitting at his store waiting on me. than to have me waiting on it with NO AC. Good job! This is now my go to spot for appliance parts!
