Dayco Systems

A little while back we asked for a quote. We were given one but at the time it was a little out of our budget. Then COVID struck and that threw everyone for a loop. I called back a couple of months ago and my quote was still on file. They said they could do the work but now it was going to be about $200-250 more. high gas prices, high material cost etc. but one more thing they did was act like my quote was only to add a return to 1 room not the 2 we asked for.

When I inquired about the second room, it too was going to run around $700-900. so now $1400-1800 to add returns for two rooms across the hall from each other? As I was questioning the sales rep/installer said he needed to check a few things and would call me back. That was roughly 1 1/2 months ago. Still waiting for that return call. Dayco used to be my go to. not anymore. Edit in response to owner: I did NOT cancel my appointment. That is a bogus response in an attempt to blow off my complaint. Use reviews as a chance to learn and grow not make excuses.

Dayco is an awesome ac company. The price for ac install is thousands less than many other companies. The customer service is great and I highly recommend the annual service agreement. Very professional. They provide a reminder email and text. The day of the appointment you get a text alert that they are on their way with the techs name and picture. They have always shown up on time and are very courteous and respectful of our home. They are thorough and stand behind their work. Service: A/C system maintenance

This was my first time using Dayco Systems. Michael A. and Wade V. were the technicians that installed the new furnace in my home. Both were professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. Care was taken to not damage anything in my home. My home was built in 1952 and nothing is standard. They took the time and effort to ensure that any gaps that resulted from changing out the old furnace with the new furnace were absolutely taken care of. They did exceptional work. I will not hesitate to use Dayco Systems again in the future.

Dayco installed our system a few years ago. A large mouse made it's way into our unit. Our tech Bryan Zinn was fantastic. He discovered the mouse day one but could not remove if despite trying everything. He came back the next day after finding the tool.he needed and removed the rodent and got our unit back up and running. His commitment and persistence went above and beyond. We highly recommend Bryan and Dayco.

Great experience with Dayco. Technician Corey arrived on time, was very courteous, completed the scheduled service and provided feedback before heading out. Can't recommend these guys enough.
