DCS HVAC REAPIR & INSTALL

They were supposed to do some work through my home warranty service, I had a window of 8-10am, but the guy showed up at 11am with no explanation or anything and when I called to complain they had a very smug attitude about it, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

We just had our heater serviced through this company as a referred vendor by American Home Shield Warranty and i hzve nothing but good to say! I called them up, set an appointment with a very nice lady with great customer service. She was very accomodating fof an ASAP service. Our technician, Carlos came and did his diagnostic and replaced a few parts and booom the heat is back on! Do not hope to have our heater go out again during this cold weather but definitely would refer and request this vendor again! Thank you so much! Happy Holidays!

Terrible company! The technician misdiagnosed the reason why my heater stopped working in the middle of the winter! I was without heat for 3 weeks due to the stupidity of this company and had to hire someone else that knew what the problem was, just a replacement part. Do not use this company, terrible service, sub par work, horrible!

Wilson and Salvador were consummate professionals. They did an excellent job replacing our furnace. They were tidy, organized and punctual. Would highly recommend them and the professionals at Duct Care.

Our furnace started making a terrible noise when we needed heat during our Coronavirus Shelter-in-place orders, and we called our home warranty company on Saturday. They referred us to DCS who called us on Sunday to set the appointment. They came on time on Wednesday and were fully prepared to handle our Coronavirus concerns (masks, gloves and protective wear) which was a relief. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour or so. Smooth process.

I moved to brentwood and I found that the heating system is not working well. I contact duct care and they send technician to inspect the unit. Mario was great he did great job by fixing the unit for us.

This company its above and beyond! We provided the plans by city and they install all up to code. Walter and is team did very professional job.

I needed a new heater and these guys came in very quickly. Responsive to my calls and gave very fair pricing. There was an issue with the heating (unrelated to them) after installation and they came back to fix free of charge as well. Would recommend & call again in the future.

My day started out awful when I woke up to a freezing house around 6am. To my dismay, I immediately realized my furnace stopped working!!! After a quick yelp search, I found Duct Care Services and they responded so quickly that by 8am a technician was our house. Within 10 mins our furnace was working! Yes you read that right, 10 minutes! Very happy with the amazing service and prompt response! Thank you again!

I bought a Groupon for this business, purchasing $299 worth of services for $99. They also were selling Groupons (same company) for $29, $39, and $49. I bought the most expensive one because it said "up to 8 vents" and included: furnace inspection, duct inspection, attic inspection. I thought that meant that I'd get my 4 vents (two ducts) cleaned and thorough inspections of everything because I was paying for the most services.

They came, and told me "up to 8 vents" means ONE vent because they use a magic machine that somehow cleans every duct from one vent. The furnace inspection consisted of the guy standing 4 feet from my furnace and saying "yup, that's old all right." He didn't open it or touch it. They inspected ZERO ducts and also told me "it's pointless to inspect your attic because there's no vents up there".

When I pointed out that they had just performed the service they offered for $29, he told me he couldn't help me and I'd have to call the office. I called the office, they claimed they didn't know what I was talking about and they didn't offer $29 Groupons. I emailed them a photo of their Groupons: $29, $39, $49, $99. They didn't return my call or email.

I called them again. They said they couldn't help me and I'd have to call Groupon. I contacted Groupon. Groupon tried to tell me they couldn't help me because I'd USED THE GROUPON! But how would I know it was a scam UNTIL I used it? Then GROUPON refunded my money. This company runs a classic bait and switch operation. I strongly recommend against using them. Oh, their other phone number is 415-513-3591. UPDATE: the company replied to my email (after I posted this review) and told me to get my money back from Groupon.

Duct care services provide us furnace and duct replacement. We found that all our duct got damage and we contact them to provide us estimate price for the replacement.
Sam arrive on time and check all the duct work and furnace and provide us estimated price to replace the unit and the duct work.
price was great compare to other company that visit our place before they arrive. We agree to the price and they finish the job day after. Very clean and the installers was very professional. I will defiantly give them a call.

Sam came in today to take a look at our A/C after the power went out on the thermostats. He was professional, looked to see if it was an electrical problem, and gave us options to fix. After some re-wiring work, our A/C has come back to life! Thanks to Sam for his great job on this.

I highly recommend using DCS. Sam is easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and didn't rush me through my numerous questions. He's thorough with his work and did a great job cleaning the vents/ducts and furnace. He was very kind to my little girls and even helped repair an issue with our vacuum. We were able to get a deal thru ValPak so I recommend looking through that before contacting him.

Sam was so great to work with! He came by last week to do an estimate and based upon our situation, he gave his recommendation and was out today with an assistant to perform the work. I wasn't expecting to spend as much as I did but for the amount of work and the health of my children, it was a very great deal. We ended up having the furnace, dryer vent & intake cleaned; sanitization;and all air vent deep cleaned.

We just moved in and it looks like the vents had years and years of dirt. I researched a lot of different places and this one came back with great reviews and price was reasonable. They have a lot of deals too so look at their website or in the valpak to see what other specials are going. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this company! I will do the basic cleaning to maintain the service.

Technician called when he and his team were on their way, showed up on time, and went straight to work insulating my ground floor ceiling. They were pleasant, fast, and cleaned up after they finished. I recommend them without hesitation.
