Dean Howard Heating And Air offers outstanding service and products! We had a full gut job done on 30 year old home, they completely took everything out of the attic, installed all new duct work, new 24 seer heat pump and A/C system. They also added two new Aerocool evaporative air coolers ducted to all rooms, and installed Updux vents throughout the house.

Now even our attic and four car garage will be kept cool during the hot desert summers! This was a major job that other companies couldn't or wouldn't touch, and we shopped around. Dean, Mike, and his crew were just super! Always friendly and professional. The job took about a month to complete and this was due to supply chain issues with the manufacturer, but Dean always kept us informed and up to date on what to expect. I contacted Dean and advised him of my problem with our heater, he said he would have someone come out the next day which was OK as they were booked solid. I got a call the next morning about 9am and it was Mike Howard, he said he would be here by 11am which was fine with me, he arrived at 10:30 and proceeded to see what was wrong with our heater and it was the ignitor that was the culprit, he replaced it with a new one and bingo we had heat once again.

I want to say Mike was very professional, prompt, friendly he also gave me a summary of how our attic unit looked overall and it was good news. I will continue to use Dean Howard Heat & Air going forward if I need anything done to my AC/Heating system. The price of the repair was more than fair and the service and promptness was fantastic. First of all, happy was able to come out sooner than 3 weeks that the other guys started. Yes they were late for their appointment but did show up. Price was very reasonable, considering its the holidays, it could have been much worse. Would definitely recommend!

I called Dean Howard heating and air after my AC stopped working in the middle of this major heat wave. They sent someone out quickly to take a look. The issue was really minor and was a quick, easy, inexpensive fix. These guys really know their stuff and are extremely honest.

New ac ac u installed last year and it's working perfectly! Good service, callback inquiries are speedy and they did a good install. I highly recommend this AC service.

It's been so hot in Apple Valley this summer and just my luck. my a/c went out on a day that was 105. I called a few places and left messages and Sean from Dean Howard is the only person that got back to me. He came over that day and fixed the problem. So awesome! I literally pulled Mike off my neighbor's roof to ask him some questions about my air conditioner. And he was at my house within an hour checking it out. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable and even though it was an electrical issue not an air conditioning issue he still managed to get my air conditioner back on for me and ultimately helped me get it fixed through an electrician he knows. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling Dean Howard heat and air again.
