Horrible service! Unprofessional and rude. Electrolux contacted them to repair my stove! They don't tell you the can't fix anything on the first visit the send send someone out to do a diagnostic even though I had told them the infinite switch needed replacing on the stove, . They couldn't order the part until they diagnosed it. Ok, so the guy came out and touched the heating element with a stripped wire to take the temperature and left saying he was going to order a part.

When I asked him what part he refused to tell me and rudely said he'd have the office reach out to me and left. When I asked his name he refused to tell me. I called to complain about his rude attitude and a lady named Hailey refused to take my complaint and defended his actions. This company is owned by Mr. Brannon Harris and she refused to give me a contact email for him so I filed a complaint with the BBB and Electrolux. Hopefully the will never send another customer to this mockery of a repair service.

I have a relatively New Electrolux Wall oven that just began Preheating very, very slowly, Like nearly 1 hour. It took quite a while to get someone out, and they had to cancel once themselves. The first guy was nice, pleasant, and professional. He said it was a bad Convection heating element and had to order it, then they had to reschedule to install it.

A couple of weeks later he installed it and NO change whatsoever! He came back out adjusted something and said that was it, and it was even worse than before. Now the Broil element didn't work. The supervisor came out and said there was a wire not hooked up properly, I wonder how that happened, but it still doesn't work. It is the same as it was when I first called them 6 weeks ago.

They didn't charge me for the latter two calls, They were nice pleasant people, but don't know squat about Electrolux appliances. And, apparently, I bought a convection heating element that I didn't need. Thanksgiving is coming up and I only have one oven that works and it's the lower one. But, they did tell me to quit using the self-cleaning function, that it was my problem, even though they can't fix it! I hate to complain, but this is just wrong!

Just the same as the other negative comments here. Took a week in a half for a tech to be scheduled after they were told what was wrong with the dryer and model number included. Shipping took 2 days and another week for the tech to be scheduled. I couldn't wait 3 weeks for a dryer to be fixed so I replaced the parts myself. They are now calling demanding the rest of the payment for the unfinished job.

This is not how you run a successful business! SCAM OF A COMPANY! Also, after telling the tech that the washer worked and sounded fine, he insisted on running a diagnostic which was him staring into the washer for 10 minutes while it ran. He then proceeded to tell me that it looks fine. No S H I T! I did not approve you staring for 10 minutes at the cost of $70. If I have access to the same parts that you claim are $50.you might want to choose a different supplier when Amazon has the same OEM part for $6. What a shame.

This company did very bad service, I paid two times fee for repair same problem, but they didn't complete the job, finally I have to find another company to fixed it. Don't trust this company!

My builder used crappy Frigidaire appliances, so getting warranty work completed has been a nightmare. The only option in my local area was Dependable Repair Services. A date was scheduled, and canceled, parts (sight unseen) were ordered, another date scheduled - and canceled. A third date was scheduled and the robo calls started, so many that they literally dialed in again while I was listening to one.

The techs finally arrive. No shoe covers but they did have face masks on. The very first thing they want done is to sign a "floor waiver". If you refuse to sign, they refuse to do the work. So there is ZERO reason on their end to protect my floors or move the stove responsibly because whatever damage they do, is on me. Since I wasn't offered any options for the warranty repair the 2.5 star review didn't sway my decision, the decision was out of my hands. For those of you paying for repairs, heed the reviews and ratings! The 1 star is because you can't post a review with zero stars.

This company is contracted out with my dishwasher manufacturer and is NOT dependable whatsoever. The manufacturer was able to get me an appointment a couple days after I called, but these guys called me and decided they wanted to order parts without looking at my dishwasher. When they called to reschedule the next appointment was 3 weeks out. Then they called to reschedule that one for 3 more weeks out. I ended up calling the manufacturer to get a different repair service to come out.

I was referred to this company by a family friend. It was absolutely the wrong decision. After having them come out the first time for a diagnosis, it seemed that it would be a relatively smooth repair after the parts were ordered for my refrigerator and dryer. After waiting nearly a month and two additional visits, my dryer still doesn't work and they completely stiffed me for my $150 deposit. I now have to have a new company come out and pay everything all over again. Just get a new unit, don't put yourself through this nonsense.

Terrible customer service. They first give you a ridiculous 4 hour window from 10-2. They will not call you if you possibly do not hear your door and will leave. Who does that in 2018? Then blame you for not literally sitting at your door for the entire 4 hour window. The manager will curse you out and not believe a thing you say. Please do not use this service, they should not be called dependable because they are not DEPENDABLE AT ALL!

Tyson from Dependable was exactly that. He was very professional, arrived when expected, quickly diagnosed the leak in my LG washing machine, and was back within a few days to complete the repair. I found the process to be painless, and the cost was much more reasonable than I expected. I would definitely use Dependable again and would request Tyson specifically if available.

Terrible. My stackable washer and drier are under warranty, came out once and changed the belt on the drier. 2 days later the washer and drier both stopped working again. I reached out to them to have them come back out, they have cancelled on me 3 times over the past 2 weeks. They call to cancel on the mornings of the days when they were supposed to show up due to different reasons. Save yourself the money and the hassle, and have a different company check your appliances if you want the work to be completed correctly in a timely manner.

Had 2 other appliance repair companies tell me they couldn't fix my Bosch dishwasher and it was time to buy another one. Didn't want to spend $1000 if I didn't need to so got another opinion. Called Dependable and Josh said he could fix it and he did. Cost me a third of the cost of new and it now works great. Will use them for all my appliances going forward.

I have used this company for approximately 15 years. I have an annual contract with them for 2 visits per year - one in the spring/early summer for the Air Conditioning systems, one in fall for heating system. All previous visits included complete check of HVAC system - and full cooling system tune up to include check Freon levels, check/calibrate 2 thermostats, complete cleaning of outdoor AC unit, check dryer vents, check and vacuum under 2 refrigerators. Paying $189 for this service was fair, given the amount of work done by previous technicians.

Additional charges incurred if Freon added to the system. All fairly priced. 7/2/2018 visit - The technician did not check/calibrate main thermostat, did not know I have a zone system with 2 thermostats; did not check Freon levels - didn't even have proper equipment to do so. I was still charged $189 for "complete service check". When confronted about the services not rendered, technician said "we don't do that".

When I talked with local manager and reminded him that all previous bi annual calls included much more than what technician checked - to include a check on current Freon levels as routine component of the visit (and any needed Freon would be additional charge-not a problem); he said, "Well, your air conditioning is cooling isn't it?" I responded yes, but that was not the point.

The point is I am being overcharged for services NOT rendered in this alleged service. He made no effort to offer a lower fee for the services NOT rendered during this call. This is very poor customer service. The technician himself is not to blame. He was caught in the middle and was doing what he was told to do by his management. My issue is with the management of this poorly run organization.

The local manager seemed un-phased when I stated that I would be seeking a different service organization for all future work and that he had just lost a long-time customer. Be very careful if you choose to do business with this company.

My ice maker had issues and was covered by warranty. It was easy to schedule an appt. The repair technician was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue, explained the process, ordered my part, and returned a few days later to install it. Very easy issue and the technician was kind and helpful.

My family have used Dependable for all of our washer/dryer repair needs for the last 6 years. They are always courteous, prompt and willing to help. Hallie the receptionist is wonderful. I never felt rushed when trying to schedule my repair. She took her time to address my concerns and she made sure I was satisfied. My service guy Tyson is awesome!

I need to leave work early, so that I could be present for the repair. I requested for them to call me when the service repair personnel was on their way. Tyson (my service repair guy) went above and beyond! He called me twice, once when he was 45 mins out and then again when he was twenty mins out. They really accommodated my work schedule. I didn't have to schedule an entire day off work just to sit around and wait.

When he arrived he completed the work promptly and he also gave me some simple and inexpensive suggestions/tips on how to keep my washer and dryer running efficiently. I strongly recommend this comany because they are always courteous, friendly, do their best to accommodate the customer's needs, recognize that our time is valuable too, and they have fair prices. When dealing with them I feel like a valued customer not just another dollar sign.

The technicians are great but how the company manages the repair is awful. Dependable Repair Services diagnosed my problem and I paid them for that service and parts with a deposit for the repair. After chasing them for two months to schedule the repair after they say they had received the parts they never came to do the service. Asking for a refund they were rude and very bad to work with.

I had to contact my credit card company for a refund. Do not use them for your repair. If it does not go perfect you will be in for a rude and bad experience. If you are not careful they will push you around badly I can imagine and take your money without repairing anything. DO NOT USE

Very disappointed. We'd been customers of this company for 2+ years and recently service declined terribly. Our very old A/C broke at the beginning of the summer and Steve quoted us $1700 to fix it. That seemed high so we got a few second opinions who told us that it should be a few hundred dollars BUT they didn't have the skill/part needed for such an old unit.

So I called the office and Karen assured me it was a fair price as this was actually a very involved repair that would take 2-3 hours and required taking the whole thing apart. Based on our good past relationship with them, we trusted that and agreed to move forward. We can't afford a new system at this time - very expensive project due to the way our place was built.

The repair took 10 mins and our A/C broke again in 2 weeks. My husband felt bamboozled so he contested the charge. The manager at Dependable was enraged that we contested the charge (though I called and explained our POV once we realized the repair only took 10 mins and the A/C broke again). The manager threatened to come and rip the part off of our A/C unit and refused us any more repair service until my husband removed the hold on the payment. Steve came by and did some add'l work for us and my husband removed the hold.

It has been over a month and they still have not come to fully fix our unit, they don't return my phone calls. We finally went and bought 2 portable units (which work GREAT, wish we'd thought of this years ago) when it became clear that they wouldn't honor their word. Very disappointing to be treated this way after being a good customer for 2+ years. We plan to look into reporting them to the BBB.

I had been using them for 5 years to provide twice yearly tune-ups. All was fine with that until I needed actual service. Unfortunately for me this was on weekend with 90+ degree temperatures, so I was stuck. While I knew what the main problem was (bad Capacitor), I had no ability to get one. Dependable charged me $260 (and this was with my 15% discount) for a $56 part that was changed in 10 minutes.

There was also a weekend service fee, which I was fully expecting to pay. I'm sorry, I realize you have to pay insurance, and fuel and all of those things, but 6x is an unreasonable markup by anyone's standards. I won't be using them again.

The one time I didn't read the yelp reviews before choosing a company - I pay for it, literally. I put too much stock in the fact that this company was a TrustDale company, I won't let that happen again. I'm still trying to understand how a company that comes to my home for a scheduled appointment with my Maytag washing machine doesn't come prepared to do any actual work nor do they have the necessary parts.

Why wouldn't a service truck have the rubber hoses parts for the Maytag washing machine that you're scheduled to repair. BEWARE- this company is not prepared to do simple residential jobs, its hard to believe they advertise they service commercial.

Got nowhere. Called to make an appointment. I was given a four hour window. I asked for a 30 min call ahead. They said they would only do a 10-15 min call ahead. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I explained that I worked 20 miles from home & needed a 30 min notice to get home. The man on the phone said 10-15 min was the best he could do. I can't do business with these folks.
