Installed equipment with broken fitting. I did not know until I call him multiple times for the equipment not working and made appointments that him and Mike did not show up for. After 3 appointments with no show and return calls I call a real professional who came snd fixed the problem. The problem was when Ed scoda employee Mike installed the unit he cracked a fitting which led to the Freon leaking and the unit not working. Thanks for no show on appointments and no return calls. 3 to be exact!

Ed finally called me on a Monday after waiting for several days and said he would come Wednesday. He never showed or called. I called him Thursday and Friday with no call back. He still has not called and it's now been over a month. Needless to say I called someone else.

Ed is a stand up guy! His employee Mike is the same. I bet I got about 8 estimates from different people and he undercut the others by thousands. Very professional, easy to reach and stands by his work. HIGHLY recommend him! Service: Heating system installation

We have used this plumber in the past and always felt that he was reliable and fair. Our furnace stopped working last night (temperature outside in the 20s). We reached the after hours service, and Ed called at 8am and was here later in the morning. He had to make an additional round trip to the city for a new igniter, returned quickly and fixed the problem. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. Fast, pleasant, and professional. I won't call anyone else.

Don't really have much to go on since they never even came through on scheduling an appointment. We called and were told he would get back to us in a week. When we never heard back, we called again. This time, we were told "Oh he should call you back." Guess what? Still waiting for that call! I'm not sure how they are supposed to make any new customers. I wish I looked here first for the other review warning me to stay away!

Stay away. Was here for 3 days trying to fix a problem. Took $1100 for a job that should have been $200-400 topps. Walked out at 4 pm on a Friday and left me hung till Monday. Total incompetance.
