The only plumbing company that I will use. Technician was soooo nice and helpful. Explained everything to me and honestly the first time I didn't feel like I was being swindled by a plumbing service. Went with ehret because they installed the hvac, they sent out Bryan last year who did an excellent job servicing the unit and showed me how to maintain the unit. 5 star service. This year they send out Justin who was very unprofessional and throwing out high numbers without knowing the price of the product he was providing, and charged $456 dollars for the exact same service that Bryan did last year for $169.

He didn't clean the outside unit and he bent the door where the air filter goes instead of taking the time to unscrew it to check the filter. To add insult to the damage he already did, he refilled my AC unit with freon and said you have a leak. Ehret sends a proposal of the cost to replace the coil plus a refund due to Justin over charging for his work. July 22nd I get the money to replace the coil and try to go with the proposal 58 days from the last proposal and they want to send Justin the destroyer back to my house to Trump up more charges plus a diagnostic fee stating that the price may have changed from the last proposal.

I feel like they wanted to take advantage of me because even though prices for the new coil may have changed the hvac unit in my house hasn't. So why does he need to come out and check my system again if you already proposed a price. You have the information stop trying to get more money when I'm already spending over 1k.

Ehret has always been great at my place of business. I have used both their plumbing side and their HVAC side. Mercedes in the office is very nice and cordial. She does everything she can to get someone out there on the same day. Highly recommend. They are also still one of the cheapest around per hour.

Best service so far in the area. Had them repair a toilet flange and they were responsive and pleasant. When we needed water heater repair I called them back and they again were responsive and knowledgeable. They call to confirm times and are great to talk to. I will definitely be using them again.

We had an issue with frozen pipes due to extreme cold weather recently and contacted Ehret based on a referral. That was a great referral for us! On a Saturday evening in zero degree weather, Ehret identified the problem over the phone and were at our house in less than an hour (when it was a busy night for them, I'm sure). The technician, Dennis, was very professional and respectful of us and got right to work.

He was able to explain the problem and possible solutions so we could understand and feel comfortable. Within an hour, he had the problem solved and we had peace of mind that everything was going to be fine. Thank you, Dennis for your help.

We called Ehret for water that was leaking in our basement today, near our sub-pump. We though it was due to freezing water. The tech, Garrett immediately recognized it was the Pressure Release Valve. He took plenty of time to explain everything and answer all our questions about this issue, and several other issues at our house. He was actually a gifted teacher using adhoc props to make for simple explanations.

The total repair was more than what I was expecting, but that just may be the going rate. He was professional and very response to any and all questions we had. The only downside is it did take longer than what I was originally told on the phone. They did, however, call to tell us it was taking longer. The gave a new window of time and then called us later when he was about 20 minutes away.

I called Ehret for a quote to replace my air conditioning unit, as well as four other companies. Every other company made a specific appointment time and sent a sales person for the job. Not Ehret. They send technicians to do sales and give you a standard time window. My window was for 11:00 am to 1:00pm. Well, 1:00 pm came and went without a word from them.

When i called i was told they had emergency calls come in this morning which set the technician scheduled for me back. This would be fine had they called to notify me. But they didnt. So instead i wasted half my day waiting for no reason. They offered a meager apology and said the tech should be done with his current job in about an hour. I declined and canceled completely. Im not wasting the second half of my day too.

Not a good start to impress a potential new customer but im glad i found out early about their inept ways of taking care of customers before i actually became a customer. Ill use another company.

Great service. Able to get on site quickly and diagnosed problem fast. Easy to contact and their emergency numbers aren't answered by a service. At least at the time of this writing the emergency line went straight to a person who was able to get a plumber at more door under 24 hours during severe weather and extremely cold temperatures.

I had Ehart come out to look at two toilets of mine with separate issues. The gentleman did not have "the tools" on his truck to fix my clogged toilet and said he is "filling in" today. He then quoted me $250 to replace my water fill toilet valve. I looked it up online and found I can buy one for $11.99 at Home Depot. I went and bought it and installed it in 15 min. I felt like they tried to rip me off. I will never call this company again. Wasted my afternoon and still have a clogged toilet. Called their competitor to come fix it.

They we're very friendly and prompt. Their prices were reasonable, considering the time they take to make sure the work is done right. Which I am grateful for, I didn't have to have any parts replaced. I am very satisfied with there over all service. Also they were able to do same day service. I hope this helps you.
