Karl at Fairhills Appliance serviced a back bar cooler for a customer of ours and we were very impressed with the effort he put in. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He was upfront with costs and honest with his opinions. We will use him again in the area if needed.

Outstanding Service at a low price! Repairman knew exactly what my freezer's problem was and had it fixed in no time! He even had the replacement part with him so none of my Venison spoiled!

Excellent service. Repair man did not make me pay for a part which ended up not being needed. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anybody local needed basic appliance repairs.

Calling this service was a big MISTAKE! My Kenmore dryer needed repair. I called to get an estimate. I explained the issue and the Repair man seems like he knew what he was talking about. He quoted me a reasonable price so I cancelled my appointment with Sears and went with this local company. He came and evaluate for a "second" and proceeded to write up a quote.

He quoted double the price for the same work. He also quoted me on a new dryer from his store. When we confronted him about the initial estimate he advised that we gave him the wrong "make" and that's why price is now doubled. Seriously?! This is not true since I gave him the right information. Needless to say I paid $85. for a "minute" estimate for my dryer. Wow must be nice to make $85. in less than five minutes. In my opinion there not in the business of repairing anything. They just wanted to make a "house call" sale on a new dryer. Anyway proceed with caution.
