Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

We bought Air Conditioning unit from this company 8 years ago (2014). We thought they were nice. Then year 2016 we noticed that in the summer it was not cooling. Called and they came out and said we needed more refrigerant. They also supposedly search for a leak and fixed it. Come to our surprise 2018 it happened again. Same thing which we thought was fixed because they said it was.

Then 2019, it happened again! They said they rechecked and found a core broke so fixed it and put mor refrigerant again! Well, it is now 2022! Once again it is happening again. Called and said I wanted to get answers! Very mad! They hung up on me. So know we are going through another company to fix it. Hopefully for good. The problem is that they said this is normal. NO IT IS NOT! I want my money back because they sold us a defective unit! Awful service! Not buy though them they rip you off! I live in Mcminnville. Oregon!

We had our ductless heating and A/C installed a year ago and have since had routine service done once. We couldn't be happier with the product and the service. My AC stopped working just as summer was approaching. I filled out out an online request and within an hour or two I received a call and had an appointment set up. Michael arrived on time ( if not a little early) was professional, polite and took the time to engage in some conversation with me about my unit and ways I can keep it working up to its optimal performance.

Eric from Four Seasons came out to service and repair our A/C. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He removed his shoes before entering our home without being asked, and explained in detail the service that our system required and associated costs. We had a great experience and will be using Four Season for our yearly service going forward.

Four Seasons did an excellent job installing my heater and AC. They showed up when they were supposed, everybody was very professional they took care to protect the floor. AND they were all very nice to work with. They also thoroughly explained everything they were doing as the installation went on. The price was very competitive compared to other companies. I would highly recommend Four Seasons to do any of your HVAC needs!

Was able to get an appointment that my schedule within a few days, the technician that came out was very nice and able to fix my AC. He had the specific part that needed to be replaced and I didn't have to wait on one to be ordered. I appreciated his knowledge and Would 100% recommend Eric to my friends and family.

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning is always a pleasure to work with. In 2018 we purchased a furnace from them and have used them since that time for maintenance. This year we purchased an air conditioning system from them. The salesperson, Jason, was helpful and didn't try to up sell or sell additional things we didn't need. They were very informative and gave me the information I needed to make an informed choice.

The installation process was great. They showed up when they were scheduled to. Everyone on the installation crew was courteous and professional. The sub-contractor they used for electrical, Bear Electric, also did a great job. The install looks neat and professional.

I've had Four Seasons out about 3 times in the last 10 years. Every time they have been excellent! In addition to the issue they were working on they have shared other knowledge with me that has been very helpful. As a result I have been able to do minor repair and maintenance myself. I will always call these folks when I need a pro!

Spencer, Chris, and Ricky came over yesterday to install an air conditioning system in our home. We were impressed by their first action; laying down canvas mats as protection to our carpet. There was a camaraderie among them; no brash, offensive, loud behavior or language. They vacuumed up after their work and there were no loose ends that were left for us to do.

We appreciate that Four Seasons obtained the building permit and left us a checklist for the inspection process and all the blanks had been completed. Four Seasons made it easy. The guys arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day and stayed late to complete the project in one day. Super respectful and great communicators throughout the install. They did an awesome job with cleanup and thorough explanation at wrap up. We priced out bids from 3 different companies, and Four Seasons was not only the most responsive, they were the lowest priced by far comparing the very same furnace and AC equipment. I highly recommend them!

Four Seasons recently replaced our 18 year old furnace with a new high efficiency gas furnace, while also adding a central A/A unit (remember those 115-117 degree days in summer 2021 around Portland?!). From the honest assessment of our old furnace being beyond repair, to our sales rep Jason touring our space and giving us multiple options for purchase, to the four man crew installing our units from 8AM to almost 7PM on a FRIDAY - Four Seasons was amazing every step of the way.

Steven and Michael showed up when they said they were going to and worked tirelessly to replace my 20 year old furnace and AC unit. They were very clean courteous and made sure to wear their masks the whole time. They also took their time showing the new guy Tyler what to check for on certain things and he was a big help when it came to crawling in the attic and under my house in the crawlspace for the not so pretty aspects of the job. They were all very professional and I am very pleased with the outcome! I would highly recommend four seasons to anyone needing a new furnace or AC unit!

Great customer service from the top to the bottom! Our system recently went out and we didn't know who to call. Looked up on google saw multiple company's but they definitely stood out! Needless to say had other bids and the were by far the best! The service tech who came out was knowledgeable and was very thorough, the installers were great when they came to replace the unit and the lady's in the office were amazing as well! Everyone made us feel as if we were family! I give this company 5 stars hands down and will be my hvac company in the future!

4 Seasons booked me an appointment promptly. The tech showed up right on time and was extremely professional. He fixed the issues with my heat pump and took the time to teach me how to properly run it and how to adjust certain settings on the thermostat. Pricing in my opinion was great. I will for sure continue using 4 Seasons to maintain my HVAC system.

Jeremy did a great job replacing the motor on our furnace. He had a motor in his van which sped up the repair time. He recommended cleaning the blower at the same time, which saved money. He was professional & explained what he needed to do to repair our furnace. I also appreciated that he called to let me know he was on his way. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable office staff, representatives, and technicians met every commitment even when faced with the adversity of snow! What began as something of a traumatic event when a 40+ year old system nearly caught fire, ended in calm relief. Four Seasons Heating and Air Condition's people took the ball and ran with all replacement aspects. I give them 5 out of 5 stars.and then some. Thank you Four Seasons!

Scheduled a standard furnace cleaning. They did not show! I called Four Seasons and asked when they would be out. I was told that due to the cold weather they were unable to make the appointment. This part was understandable. They also indicated they called the day before, they did not! Why a company would lie about calling with today's technology of knowing who and when a call comes in is beyond me.

This company was easy to work with. They were able to fit a repair within a day of calling. They set up a 2 hour window (10-noon) and came right at 10am. My heating was repaired within 30 minutes. Service: Repair heating system

The estimator was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. She answered all of my questions clearly, accurately and without hesitation. The price quoted for a split mini system was the lowest of those from the four highly rated businesses I contacted. The installer arrived on time and completed his work in a professional manner. After several record breaking heatwaves hit the northwest, I decided it's finally time to install AC in my townhouse (instead of escaping to the coast every time it breaks 100F). After getting 4 estimates, I decided to go with Four Seasons. Four seasons has the best price quote, best communication, and best time frame. It was a breeze from getting the price quote from Jason, following up with ordering/installation, to having my AC/Furnace installed.

Everyone was really friendly and responsive whenever I have questions. The installation guys arrived on time and finished the project within 7 hours. They made sure to explain what they did, and what I need to do in case I need to shut off the switch/how to install new filters. Overall, I am really happy and impressed with Four Seasons and will totally recommend them to friends and families.

I had the chairman (as his card describes) come out a perform an estimate and provided me a cost and said it was good for a few days and will go up over 600. 00 dollars after that. I felt this was a a high pressure sales tactic. He said he couldn't discount it but gave me a cash payment discount of 2% after I balked. I later called to see if I could negotiate the price further as there was 250.00 gap between my budget and the estimate.

I advised that I don't use checks but debit cards and Sam advised that the discount no longer applies if I use this form of payment. I was dismayed as the form of payment is like cash and most companies consider it as such. During the estimate, I was working from home and as I was time limited and asked the estimator to email me the specifics which he responded saying they don't do that.

He proceeded to go through his presentation regardless of my request and said he needed 1.5 hours for the entire visit. He then quickly scribbled an estimate and seemed to be upset at my request. In essence I felt devaluated and patronized as a potential customer. I hear they do good work but I will not give them an opportunity to do the work due the poor treatment during the estimation and negotiation phase.

I wonder if this behavior was due to me being a woman. I hope their staff goes through some customer service training, implement some modern payment methods and communication protocol. They lost a paying customer due to my bad experience.

They're OK, the owner is great, they did a decent installation job and all the technicians are pretty great too. however Christina in the office is rude every time you call just to schedule a simple appointment it's like I'm wasting her time and i'm asking dumb questions. Once is fine, but every time you call its the same rude impatient tone. if she answers the phone, pretty much just hang up and call back to get someone else, or you're going to have a bad experience.

They will sell you the unit, don't expect it to last very long. When you schedule service and explain your AC unit is not working, you get an appointment a month later. So they want your money from the sale, but you can kiss off any service after that. I tried to get an earlier appointment, but no one called back. I emailed them as well, all I got was a email message that they got my request. Try Global heating and cooling. I called them on Sunday during the heat wave. They had a truck at my house in 30 minutes.

Very professional on phone. Called the day before with estimated time of 10 am to 12pm, and Tim arrived promptly at 10am after calling to let us know of that he was on his way. Tim was very thorough with the maintenance of our gas furnace and AC. Spent more time checking and inspecting than other company who has been here. Explained everything and was personable. Highly recommend!

4 Seasons Heating and Cooling are the best! I have been with this Company for years and have never been disappointed. They wear masks, are professional and neat. They always clean up after themselves. They service techs are patient when explaining how things work or how to keep the heat pump going strong. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called in to replace a circuit board under their warranty. They told me the part cost $300, but I'm required to pay additional $300 for mandatory installation (a $600 Job in total). The part in question was instead ordered from the manufacturer for $120, then took 22 mins for private party to install. This company lied about the part cost, labor quote, and had a ridiculous policy to charge labor on parts under warranty. Their excuse was that the house was resold, but the part nevertheless had to be installed by them for $300 even though the warranty was still active.

Absolutely the most overpriced rip off AC place I have ever endured! They charged me 1139 (one thousand one hundred thirty nine dollars) to replace a broken fan! You can buy a brand new air handler for less! When I asked to talk to manager repair technician said he was the manager and refused to adjust price to a fair price, I looked the part online and it was 473 with free shipping to consumers clearly they should have a wholesale price for less and it took him only 1/2 hour to replace a fair price would have been no more than 600. Kyle was the tech and he refused to adjust and threatened to remove the part unless I paid the 1139. Will never user them again!

Misrepresented the product and then refused to make it right. 2 techs out, each with a different solution & neither worked. Then they demanded full payment. Very unfortunate.

Several problems with this vendor. Installed ac and was suppose to replace wire based on contract and did not. The wire shorted out our ac 1 year later and they tried to claim it was the wire. When we pulled contract it was apparent the installer never did install the wire. They tried to charge us again for replacing the wire. We asked if this would be considered fraud. Buyer beware. Customer service nonexistent and rude. May file with Better Business Bureau. No integrity.

This company is very responsive. I called Monday morning and by early afternoon I had a quote from Amy! My job was scheduled the following week. The guys who did my job were respectful of my home and hardworking. I highly recommend this company!

The company exemplified what you look for in a local company. Friendly, efficient and affordable. Amy not only was extremely knowledgeable, she was professional and easy to talk to. She never came across as a salesperson but more like a friend that was giving me guidance on buying a new furnace. She took the time to educate me about furnaces and made the whole process fast and easy.

Just had Tim service our Furnace/Heat Pump. Very thorough and stress free. For 99.00 he spent a solid hour and handed me a invoice with an amazingly thorough report. Yes our system is old, but it's still working great. Might think about replacing it, so you could wait for one of our specials. I highly recommend this company. They have serviced our heating systems in 2 houses now and it's always been timely, reasonable, and honest. Thank you

So I'm keeping this short. Not sweet. My sister had this company out several times to fix her heat pump that wasn't working correctly. The last time they came out, they added 5lbs of refrigerant, claimed she had a leak and condemned the heatpump all within 50 minutes of arrival and departure. Most qualified technicians can make a general assessment of a peice of equipment in that amount of time, and to add 5lbs of refrigerant to a system that holds 8lbs 3oz.

What the Hell were these "Techs" thinking? Two guys on the job and they come up with this? To summarize- these guys are modern day crooks and will lure you along for all they can. Someone better call Chris Hansen~ P.s. you shouldn't be putting pipe dope on king valve caps. I mean really?!
