Vik, quinn and fresh air team came to my family 's rescue! We had a carbon monoxide leak which we didn't know until they tested for it. Thankfully they did and thankfully they installed our new AC system right away! Reasonable price and great caring service! Highly recommend!

Marvelous service -- with a smile too. Talked to Victor on the phone and he sent David armed with years of experience. You can just tell you're talking with a pro and getting facts and good info for your decision. I'll not demean someone else's work or prices B U T, the repair to our 1999 two zone system was at a REALLY fair price and completed with in just a few hours.

I was quoted $$/pound elsewhere for R22 and that drove me to find Fresh Air Systems, got a much better price AND a Freon Upgrade too! The pressure testing was at 200psi and flushed with Nitrogen -- sure sign Dave knew what he was doing. This is my first time with Fresh Air Systems, but it will not be my last. too bad i'll need to wait a decade or more for another service call :-

This is not the first time we've had great service from this outfit. We've recommended them to my Mom and In Laws and they were very happy with the service as well. Thank you Fresh Air Systems. Uncle again, great service. Our compressor failed and we needed to get a new condenser unit. They came out, diagnosed and replaced the unit a few days later. Thanks again.

I had Fresh Air come out and do an inspection on my a/c unit prior to the purchase of my new home. The tech was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He told me exactly what wasn't working and what needed to be fixed.

I woke up in panic as my Carbon monoxide alarm went off. Fresh air came out right away, tested and I had a very slow leak which was so scary! Vik's team came out same day and replaced my entire system! Given my elderly parents, wheelchair bound brother and 3 kids were in the house, I'm so so thankful! Vik, Quinn and fresh air team saved us! And we have AC now throughout the entire house even the add on that had no AC and we live in hot valley! Highly recommend Fresh Air!

Replaced two furnaces. Vik and team were awesome. very professional and refreshingly communicative. I triple bid this project. Fresh air gave me exactly same equipment and service for much less than other two. Highly recommend. This is the second time I used Fresh Air Systems.first was 3 years ago for a new AC condenser.they did not disappoint then too. Highly recommend.

This company is absolutely the best! I called them out due to the recent fires in our area, and let me say they were the only ones out of a few that weren't trying to rip me off. When I called, they sent out Quinn, one of their technicians the same day. After having a few companies tell me that I had to do tremendous amounts of work and spend rediculous amounts of money.this company told me the truth, that everything was okay!

Who does that (especially when businesses want business).HONEST PEOPLE DOING HONEST BUSINESS! There are so many people out here trying to take advantage of the current fire situations and it's so nice and refreshing to find a company that is honest and trustworthy. I recently had Kelly come to our house we had a problem with our A/C I had called him in the evening, he came out later that night on his own time. worked with a flash light on his head to figure out what was wrong in the dark. This was in September and haven't had any problems with them.

This is an unbelievably unprofessionally run business. I called and made an appointment. At the time, the receptionist manning the phone said nothing was available till approximately 2 weeks out. Although that was less than ideal I made an appointment nonetheless. The appointment was scheduled for today (August 8) between 9 am - noon. I had to take the day off from work in order to be home for the repair technician.

First thing in the morning I called the business just to confirm. The receptionist placed me on hold and after a minute or so, she got back on the phone and told me that the technician (Dennis) will not be coming out. She said, " he's too busy and does not want to drive all the way out to Camarillo." What!? If he doesn't want to drive that far, fine. but then don't agree to come out in the first place by making an appointment.

What kind of a piece of shit does this? Dennis the Menace that's who. He does not deserve to run a business when he has so little regard or care for his prospecting customers.

One star is really too much but here it goes. The ac went out last month and I had the outside unit replaced for a couple of thousand dollars. I was told that once that was done it would be nice and cool. That was done and it was still hot, 84 degrees in the house. I called and the owner had the nerve to say well it's like 80 degrees in our office.

Basically ignoring the fact that they didn't complete the job. I still complained and they came out again and then they said oh the ducts are all messed up and the air is going to the attic (like that is something good). I was told that I would be sent pictures of the damaged ducts. I called the tech and the receptionist twice and never got the pictures but I was given an estimate for over $3,000 to replace the ductwork.

I called another a/c company, Coastal Heating and Air, who came out, checked the ductwork and told me that only two ducts needed to be replaced for a few hundred dollars. I asked about replacing all of the ductwork and was told that most of the ductwork was fine, so there was no need to replace it. They did the work within a week and now it is actually cool in the house. Fresh Air cares about one thing, get that money, customer service is terrible. HVAC customers, you have been warned.

I hired Fresh air to replace a missing gasket. Nothing else my heater worked great other than that. Company did not inform me the part was no longer made. They actually told me they had to pick the part up from warehouse. Technician arrive used some sealant instead & charged $185 left. The tenant called said All was well. No one informed me that the gasket I paid for was never put on.

When it got cold the heater melted the sealant or something allowed sealant to leak into igniting part of heater stopping it from lighting. Their argument was they stated in recipes work done. Why would I look at receipt if all is working & I have credit card statement? I trusted them. I should have not Tenant called I asked for a pic o realized at that point I did not receive what I paid for.

I now have no heater. I contacted the company that makes the heater they told me the new parts fit the old heater. Now fresh air wants me To buy the part I paid them for to put it on n fix issue! BAD BUSINESS!

They came highly recommended from a contractor friend. The appointment arrival time today was between 11-1. At 12:40 I called for an update since I hadn't received a 30 minute pre-arrival call. The lovely lady who answered the phone said she would inquire and call me back. She called right back and said they wouldn't be able to come over until next week. I understand all air conditioning companies are very busy right now, but I'm very disappointed that I was arbitrarily removed from the list, and without notification.

I agree with Mia's review below, one star is too much. This company is horrible. I had a HVAC guy tell me I needed a new unit because the system isn't blowing out of any ducts. I had Fresh Air come out to take a look and Quinn told me I just needed to clean the coils and it would be perfect. So I paid them $800, they cleaned the coils and nothing changed.

I had a couple other reputable HVAC guys come take another look and they too told me the system needed to be replaced. I called Fresh Air back since I already paid them and made several appointments that no one showed up for, didn't even call. Finally Quinn came back to take a look and he said he made a mistake. So they acknowledge I paid them $800 for nothing.

I had been quoted $4300 to replace the system and Quinn said he would look into it and call me back within 3 days, that was 2 weeks ago and no call. I called a couple more times and Dennis, the owner finally called me back. When I told him about the scenario, he tried to tell me there was something wrong with the layout of my ducts. The 4 neighbors below me have the same ducts and their units work perfectly. Dennis actually got aggressive on the phone and hung up on me.

I called back and he hung up on me again. Horrible customer service. Now I'm out $800 and my AC/Heater doesn't work. Do not waste your time or money with Fresh Air. There are plenty of honest options that will do a good job out there.

This place is the worst business I have ever come across and i would not recommend doing business with them. I called them Saturday morning around 10 am to try to get my dryer vent cleaned as soon as possible since I have two young kids (2 years and 2 months) and lots of dirty clothes. I clearly asked that I needed done the same day since I was home.

They said that it was no problem and that someone would be at my home before 3 pm. I called them at 2:55 pm, and the operator told me that she was calling me, calling me to let me know her tech was in LA and my house is in porter ranch, what! I called them to find out what was going on. She then tells me that she might be able to squeeze me in on Monday or Tuesday, can you believe the nerve!

They lied to my face about same day service. Please call someone else if you need this service. I wasted my whole day Saturday waiting for them to come and I could not even get a simple call.

When I called and said the swamp cooler was out at the home of my elderly parents, the very nice woman manning the phone seemed to get the issue and had someone out that morning (it was going to be 100 F). Dont even want to give them a star. They came out to fix my swamp cooler 2 months ago and i hadn't used it until this week. When i turned it on it made a loud vibration noise so i called them and scheduled for them to come out. The reception lady didn't tell me there was going to be a fee for them to even come out and check it out and when the guy came the vibration was gone.

They charged me $250 but took $100 "off" just for some oil for a swamp cooler that wasn't even making a noise. Not to mention they were the last people that worked on it so of course i called them when it made a noise. Rip off i called the company that refferred them and they apologized and said that shouldn't have happened and they are going to try to get me a refund for this visit.

Called them after my first HVAC service failed to show up for a scheduled appointment. Good communication with the dispatcher, great service from Kelly and Arturo who showed up on time, were courteous and extremely patient explaining and sharing information with me regarding my A/C unit. They gave me a couple options at different price points and ran the proper diagnostics, explaining what they were looking for and why. If you want to know more about your system and how to properly maintain it as well as getting your repair completed, call these guys!

After getting their name from Home Advisors, I arranged for this firm to look at my evaporative cooler and determine if they could fix it. In addition to saying they could seal the leaks (the only problem I was having) they said I had to replace some parts. I approved the work, paid in full and all the water leaked out over night. I don't know if they intended to rip off a senior citizen or just made a bad judgment call in saying the repairs would work, but they have refused to refund my payment and I'm trying to get someone to help me.

I highly recommend Fresh Air Systems. I was sweating bullets when my AC went out and they came out and fixed it immediately. I'm thankful that I didn't have to spend another hot summer night without air because I don't think I could have survived another day/night over 100 degrees. Thank you Fresh Air for giving me back my cold air.

My central AC/Heater unit went out on me - not good timing when it's freakin' cold at night (Los Angeles cold, anyway). FAST came out within a few hours of my call and they were able to repair the unit (busted ignitor) pretty quickly. The guys did a great job of explaining the issue and educating me on how these old units break down without regular maintenance. I'll definitely give them a call next time I have a problem (though hopefully that won't be for a long while!)
