We had the most amazing experience having a Mitsubishi split system installed at our house. Efficiency and customer service are the two words that come to mind when thinking about our experience. Over three days the company had two gentlemen come to install four units all of which can be controlled using Bluetooth on my cell phone. They were very conscious of the placement of each of the units because they knew I was concerned about aesthetics. Before Andre, one of the technicians, left he answered all of my questions, and ensured that I understood how to control the system from my phone. Everyone I encountered at this company, exuded the utmost professionalism and I will continue to refer them to any and all of my friends and family.

Leave it to an AC to break during a heatwave. I sat here watching the heat going up about a degree a minute. I called down the five star yelp list, quickly losing hope as I was repeatedly told that it would be several days before someone could get here. Fuse was able to send Andrey within several hours of my call. I'm back to feeling the AC! Thank God. Five star service for sure at an very fair price

I'm very happy with my new HVAC system. Billy came out to my house to do a tune up on my old system and with no pressure convinced me that a new one would be more efficient and cost effective. My new system was installed yesterday. I feel like the owner did everything he could to make this transition smooth and worth every penny we spent. The price for the new system was affordable and competitive with other companies.
The owner showed me how to maximize use and get the comfortable feeling that I wanted, by just closing some vents and how to program the system correctly. Not all heating and air companies take the time to go the extra mile to make the customer happy.

All-around excellent service! My LG washer wasn't working and I was stuck with a machine filled with clothes and water. I checked out Yelp and amongst the five top-rated businesses, Fuse responded first. I explained my situation with their customer service rep at 1:30 today and within two hours Eric showed up and fixed my 10 year-old washing machine.
He had the part I needed, but called his boss to confirm it was the very best one for my machine. Eric was thorough, explaining everything as he went. In addition he noticed alot of lint around my dryer and he checked my old hose. It was cracked and the lint was flying out. He supplied a new, better quality hose for a moderate price. Usually when an appliance repair person comes out it's a gamble to see if who you've selected is going to be both knowledgeable and reasonable. Well, I was a winner in both areas! Eric was the best! I wouldn't hesitate to contact Fuse again.

My technician was Eric. He was excellent!!. Prior to Fuse HVAC coming out , 2 other technicians from other appliance companies could not figure out or fix my hood vent. He figured it out immediately, got the correct parts and fixed it. He was professional, friendly and competent. The company was great communicating with me and keeping me informed. My washing machine was leaking. I panicked and contacted a handful of companies. Fuse was one of the first ones to reply and sent Andrey within 20 minutes of my call. In 1/2 an hour, he diagnosed the issue and found a little hole in our drain hose. He immediately looked up the part, ordered it and came back 2 days later to fix! All the work is guaranteed for 3 months.
I am so happy I did not have to replace the machine and super super happy that it was all done within the same week so that I didn't have my dirty laundry piling up. EXCELLENT COMPANY, EXCELLENT SERVICE, they are now in my speed dial!

It was just another laundry day at home last night, that was until my dryer made an obnoxiously loud squeaking noise and I was unable to dry my clothes. Though we are good about removing lint, the dryer had a burnt smell after we put a load in so we wanted to make sure to get this looked at before the house burned down. We were able to get an appt scheduled promptly and they came by the next day on time. The representative (Allan) was really great because not only was he detailed and helpful, he was also very friendly and courteous.
He mentioned the importance of cleaning the exhaust to prevent a house fire (if you live at a place where there's HOA, they should be responsible for this) We we're able to get a bunch of the lint removed and this cleaned.

Alan was honest and even though he couldn't fix the best of issue (because he didn't have the part) he recommended that I go with someone else who may have the part I needed. He even gave me the specs which I felt was going beyond the call. And he arrived on time, was clean (wore his booties in the house) and was polite and courteous. The technician, Allan, was in contact with me in the morning and even offered to come earlier than the appointed time. We were having issues with the moisture sensor on our dryer and reddish marks being left on our clothes after drying. Eric came out and was quickly able to diagnose our problem and even showed us what was causing the red marks and explained why our clothes were taking hours to dry. Drying time was was quickly fixed and we just had to wait on a part to help with the red marks. The part came in and it was fixed promptly! Our dryer has been running smoothly ever since!

The initial service was the same day of my first call, so they were very responsive. They charge$59 for the first visit, but applied the credit to my total bills. I had a pot of soup boil over on my GE Monogram gas range which shorted out the electrical wiring. The replacement parts took a week to arrive, but the installation was quick. All said, parts cost about $250 and labor was $180. I made a $400 pot of soup! Nice service when you're in a jam.

My washing machine died at the spin cycle and I was frantically looking for a reliable repair company. Fuse was very responsive and was able to schedule a technician in a timely manner. Andrey was able to diagnose the issue with my washing machine and drain the water. He had to order a part and schedule another return, but the repair was completed in less than a week. Friday afternoon while running AC I walked into closet and realized it was leaking- so quickly got on Yelp to search for technician to come take a look. Eric not only took the time to actually explain to me why this was happening (had the same issue fixed a year ago with Sears Who overbilled me by $100 gave me no information) but he went into detail about how this happens and what I could do in the future to be on top of it. pricing good &Eric did just a great job! Great service! Not only do they have great reviews but I ended up going with them because they were quick to reply, came out the next day and their initial consultation fee was reasonable. They came out and gave me a quote, however, I appreciated that the technician suggested an alternative option, which was to not use the softener tray. Eric mentioned that it would probably drain and fix my problem, unless the issue was with my water pressure (or something like that).
I tried it hoping I wouldn't have to pay to fix it, but after a load it still didn't drain. I texted them and they ordered my parts and scheduled my appointment as soon as they arrived. IT'S FIXED! I can have soft clothes again :)

I started stressing because a mom with 2 young kids needs a working washer! I called at 8:00 AM and they gave me the time window 10-12. They dispatched someone to my house by 10 am. I've used Fuse before for two separate refrigerator issues; this time I reached out for assistance with an old HVAC. They were quick to reach out and was extremely communicative throughout the process. Alan and Eric were both very knowledgeable, and were truly looking out me. The current unit has too much power for the space it's in, so they recommended a replacement of a smaller unit, even though they could've easily recommended the same size unit (and charge more). This type of professionalism is to be commended. Fuse is my go-to, I highly recommend them!
