A service technician was at our house within the hour we called. The receptionist was very pleasant and informative and Dj (the service tech)was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Glad we called and with their maintenance plan we feel more at ease knowing if we have a problem someone ...(Dj) will be here to help us out!

Halco has been our maintenance and service provider for many years at our apartment building. They have been there when we needed them in the middle of the night to get heat back on for our tenants, they are always prompt with our annual service schedule and were very competitive when we needed a new boiler and fuel tank. I had Halco insulate and air seal my attic and basement. Today, I received my first energy bill for a full cycle since the work was completed. My gas usage dropped 19% and my overall bill was 10% lower (gas and electric). I saw a reduction in my bill even though I kept the temperature warmer than before. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, timely, we are so happy with the work they have done, our house is an old farm house from 1920, so you can imagine the obstacles that arise.
