Had Haley's out today for a checkup. Tory found an issue with my AC unit. He gave me the options to fix it and was fast, friendly and courteous.

Tory did a great job. Because of the pandemic I asked Tory to wear a mask which he he did very politely. Thank you I appreciate that. Also just before he finished. The electric went out he was able to complete the job as he had back up light. We needed a blue light bulb changed which was unexpected but was able to, due to supplies in the truck. Polite and professional.

Fast, excellent service from the entire Haley Comfort team. They were great answering my questions when I first called, to their diagnosis, to the final installation. They made the heavy cost of something like a furnace replacement much easier. Nathan and Wyatt did a wonderful job working hard today installing our furnace and honestly it looks so much better than it did before. I truly appreciate the entire Haley's team.

Aaron Walters, our repair technician, did a great job of going over all of our options with us in regards to repairing our air conditioning unit. He was on time, called ahead, and very professional. He listened to our needs and fixed the unit to our satisfaction. We have worked with Haley Comfort Systems for years and are happy with their service.

Not fun waking up Tuesday morning March 2 with no heat in the house. Tried to trouble shoot issue with no success. Called Haley's office at 9:00 am and spoke with Becky the receptionist. Tech John was at house around noon to inspect furnace. Not good news -furnace needed to be replaced. Project Manager Don was at house around 5 pm. Reviewed options available, got quotes, and agreed to install. Don did great job in answering all my questions.

Next morning installation crew of Brandon and Wyatt were at house by 8:15 am to begin work. New furnace up and running great. Brandon programed thermostat for me, showed and explained to me all the work that was done. Crew left around 2:15 pm on March 3. No dents, scratches, or cleanup needed to be done. Thank you for being so considerate! The furnace that got replaced was a Bryant furnace installed by Haley's over 20 years ago. Went with Haley's and Bryant due to their past performance.

Brandon and his team were very informative and willing to answer all of our questions. They installed our new furnace and thermostat with care and efficiency. After they were done you couldn't even tell they were there because of how clean they left my furnace room and hallway. They also went into great detail on how each system worked. We will definitely work with Hayley Comfort again in the future. Worth every penny!

Haley installed a gas fireplace for us and did an excellent job with the installation. The guys were on time and worked hard all day until completion. Both the workers were friendly, polite and professional. They did not create any messes and did an excellent job with leaving our home clean. I have used Haley for several services and have never been disappointed.

We are extremely pleased with Haley Comfort System. They evaluated our broken fireplace and were honest about the options to fix it. Jason openly shared that our prior system was no longer used in Canada. Haley was quick to assess our current system and offer new fireplaces. Peter was fabulous to work with at the office. Troy installed our new fireplace.

He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to install the system in one day! He showed us how to use it and gave reminders about maintenance needs. We couldn't be more pleased with Haley and will return for other home needs

Nick and Moses installed a fireplace in my basement office. They were easy to work with, efficient and took the time to explain everything. They even played with the dogs. From start to finish, our gas fireplace installation was seamless. Communication with everything was top notch, the workmanship of all the installers was excellent! Every single worker was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, neat & very professional. We did spend quite a bit more than we expected, but what we got in return made it worth it! Our fireplace is absolutely stunning, & I would recommend Haley to anyone!

Service on a Saturday was timely and the technician was great. The part price was ridiculous. $270 for a $30 igniter. Labor prices are reasonable and the rest was good. In an emergency, I'd call again.

I had the worst experience in this place took all my money for them to not fix the problem. Don't go to this place all they do is just scam people seriously. The guy came and check out my cooling system said it was outdated to old but give me a couple options and I went with the 2nd options to fix but it broke down the next day. At first he said he won't charge for the test he did and not charge for the equipment use because something had went wrong and got shut off.

Then he try do something to it again and then it work up until the next day no efficient air was blowing. I was so hesitant to give him my money but he told me it was running well and that he needed to be paid so he was off and left. I maybe don't have much knowledge into home improvement that why people take advantage of me and it's horrible that this company did that.

I want someone to read this review and believe my words that this company is not understanding nor will give the time of day even if the customer right they don't care they just want your money. I wish I had the options to not give any stars but least I can spread awareness to people thinking of getting anything done to their home and going for this place.

I thought I could trust this company to help but I was wrong. I should have try to shop around more and said No when he couldn't do anything when something had went wrong but I trusted him. I try to ask for a reimbursement they said No they only will give some money back if I get a new unit where it can range from 3000 to 6000 or more. I suggest people save their money and go somewhere else and ask a lot of questions trust your gut as well if something feels wrong.

Another thing ask if this breaks down the next day and will I get free help. Also ask if the repair are a gamble if there a chance it mess up are they going reimburse you if the work wasn't successful. Because I literally spent 825 dollars on something that they just did tests on but not fix. Lastly do research before you do repairs or say yes.

I felt like I got ripe off and sent away like trash and Why suggest something if you knew it was going to break down or leak. Thanks for nothing Haley you take my money and left us hanging worst way to do business.

Haley Comfort Systems was able to bring us an updated fireplace that took us from just living our home to loving our home. Bob and Nicole Speedling were amazing to work with. Having a team that can do everything from design to framing, electrical, to stonework is incredible. I would highly recommend them for your next project.

This rating is based solely on the fireplace portion of Haley's business. I worked with Pete, who was great. He was knowledgeable, patient and no pressure. After seeing the current set up and listening to what I as hoping to achieve, he very quickly came up with a plan, had the estimate ready within minutes. After considering alternatives, I went with Haley's plan.

The demolition process ran into a kink with some mold in the chimney chase. No fret! Within a few days, Haley found a reputable contractor who was able to remove and rebuild the chase within a week! Ultimately, the project was only delayed by a week and turned out great! Looks much better than the "old". Highly recommend.

Just had our new Evolution system installed today! Brandon (our install technician) and the whole team were so good to work with. Bob, Joe, and Nicole were very knowledgeable and everything from the planning and quoting process to the final install was handled very professionally. Would definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.

We needed service on our gas fireplace. It would start up and the fire would go out after a short period. Sometimes it would come back on, and sometimes it wouldn't. We were concerned about safety while using it with this happening, but we wanted the warmth it provided. We called Haley Comfort Systems because a friend had said they had the same problem and they replaced the pilot assembly and it has worked fine since.

They came out to give it a check-up, which cost us $99. They would apply this money to any repairs we had them make, if necessary. They quoted us the same repair for our fireplace-replace the pilot assembly and clean the fireplace. The lowest quote was $384 and the highest, with several add-on services, was $768! Just to feel better about spending this much money, we stopped in at Brekke Fireplace shop and before I could finish explaining what we were asking, the guy there said "I'll save you several hundred dollars".

He went on to explain that it was the wall switch that had gone bad and that for 59 cents I could go to any hardware store and replace it myself. This indeed was the fix for our problem. I changed out the switch with no effort at all, and at Home Depot it only cost me 58 cents! Unfortunately, it cost me $99 to find this out! Haley Comfort proceeded to call me to "go over the pricing options" 2 times that week.

I called them back and told them I would not be using their services any further. They then called me twice more the next week. I called once again to get them to take us off their call list and had almost hoped she would ask me why we weren't going to be using them, but alas she did not. Either they don't know what they're doing or they are trying to scam their unwitting customers. There doesn't appear to be a third option. No matter what the reason, be cautious when seeking services from this company.

I highly recommend Haley Comfort Systems. They called us within 15 minutes of our gas company departing (after shutting off our furnace) to schedule an initial visit. Don came to our house the next morning, right at the time he stated, and was super helpful and friendly (our two year old thought he was pretty cool too!). We had Troy and Moises. replacing our furnace within one business day after the first meeting! They were also extremely respectful, helpful, and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better company to help bring warmth back to our home. Great job guys!

We had Jason come out when our fireplace would not turn on. It turned out to be a low battery in the switch. He cleaned the fireplace, and now the flame looks more full and realistic. Jason is very personable and confident. He is articulate and definitely knows a lot about fireplaces.

We rely on Haley's for an outstanding job every time and they have never let us down. They have done our fireplace, replaced our furnace, added an air exchange and just recently, a new air conditioner. We feel they are very trustworthy and backup their product 100%. In our minds, they are the best.

I had left a review and feedback for Haley regarding my experience and it wasn't a great experience but I was impressed by the personal followup and acknowledgement from the owner that they let the ball drop. I think my experience is an outlier in this regard but I would recommend understanding the warranties closely. They have good technicians and a large staff so can handle just about any HVAC system. The owner definitely cares about the service they provide.

Recently purchased a home in Rochester and called Haley for to replace a vent hood in my kitchen and move the washer/dryer connections in my laundry room. Firstly I should say I commend Haley for having a courteous staff; everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Initially three different people came out at different times just to provide a quote on these two services, which were eventually performed by five additional people.

The vent hood replacement was quoted at "$200-$300" and I was told there could be challenges with the installation. The installation was actually easier than expected and completed in under 2 hours, yet the bill ended up at $400. Moving the electrical outlets in my laundry room was performed as an outside/exposed electrical duct and was $500 for less than two hours labor and minimal parts.

The washer/dryer plumbing and vent moving required minimal effort/time yet was $700. Somehow the wiring still interfered with the plumbing even though the work was done by the same company at the same time. And although I was told the drywall damage that resulted from their work would not be included in the quote, I find that to be a lame policy. Haley quotes premium prices yet apparently is comfortable with substandard results.

Eight different people, three different invoices, resulting in a total lack of efficiency and consistency. This is a reputable business with an impressive showroom but it seems apparent that Haley Comfort System's growth is at the expense of its customers who end up paying for their extraneous resources. What is the benefit in using one multi-service company if the customer ends up going through all the hassle and greater expense than using multiple service-specific companies?

Tried to get a whole house humidifier installed from them. The person who came to explain the options knew less about the models than I do. I signed up for a model. He gave me an invoice and made an appointment. After he left I noted that the invoice is not for the correct model. So I called them again and after a long wait time was able to talk to the same salesman who finally corrected the order.

On the day of appointment, I left work early to get home. The kids and babysitter were home. I called home and talked to the guys and told them that I am running late. Got home 5 minutes after the scheduled time and they were gone. I called them and asked them why they left so early and was told that they had too many jobs to do. Not sure why they had other appointments scheduled during the time they were supposed to be working at my house.

A couple of years ago, I had a similar experience when I tried buying a filter from them. I was new to the house and called their number on the furnace to know which filter I should use. They sold me incorrect filter. I later figured out the correct model and asked them to exchange, as I bought that due to their "expert" advice. They refused. I ended up paying twice. Overall, horrible customer service. Will never call them. Shady business, stay away!

We had a punctured pipe, and it was spraying water on our basement wall. This happened the day before the 4th of July and two days before we had to leave for a long vacation out of the country. The few plumbers whom I got a hold of on that afternoon were quick to point out that their services, given the day and circumstance required a cost much more than what they normally charged, which I found to be unprofessional. Then, I called Haley Comfort Services.

The lady who took my call was caring and sensitive to our needs and within half an hour got us a plumber in our house. This plumber turned out to be non other than the cheerful master plumber himself Bob Gander, who operated a plumbing and heating business and had done work for us before. Bob replaced the punctured pipe immediately. He even showed me how to shut off the main water line for whenever we go on vacations and shared information on other stuff related to home maintenance.

He basically saved us from our predicament at that time, and we left for our vacation feeling relieved and secured about the condition of the plumbing in our basement. The cost to replace the broken pipe was actually very affordable and nothing compared to the terrifying figures quoted by the other guys I talked to on the phone before. On top of all these, Bob, after finishing a great job, had the time to engaged me in a pleasant conversation about interesting stuff. I'll gladly buy him a beer whenever I get the chance.
