Amazing customer service. Had a fairly new unit have severe failures and they fixed it as fast as possible and also took on the repair cost to take it up with the manufacturer. Jediah and his team are reliable, professional, and complete the work they agree to no matter how complex or difficult it may be. I had dealt with another company in town and after they saw what was involved I never heard from them again. The new duct routing to get more air to my son's room was very difficult to achieve and took them multiple visits to get it right.

Had a technician and apprentice come out to service the heat pump and A/C. There was also an issue where the system would shut off when running the heater. The technician spent about 40 minutes correcting the issue on a same day call. The following day we had an electrical issue that we thought was related to the repairs and the service manager came out to examine.

He conducted a few quick checks and worked out the issue. I highly recommend Hansberger for their dedication to customer service and quality. They'll be my go to in the future for all servicing and repairs to my home heating and cooling system.

Bought a new A/C system on the recommendation of one of their customers. Very good install experience. The following morning there was an issue with my newly installed system - called Hansberger they had a technician at my home in less than 40 minutes and solved the problem. I am a great believer that service after the sale is a great indicator of a superior business. I was NOT disappointed! They have my unconditional endorsement.

We are very pleased with our Lennox air conditioning unit that was installed by Hansberger two summers ago. Our electric bills were running as high as $350.00 a month with the old unit, with the Lennox unit the highest summer bill has been $130.00. We are very happy with the unit as well as Hansberger And their excellent technicians & service. We give them a Triple AAA rating.

We called about 30 minutes before they closed because the a/c was leaking. They sent a tech out that same day, even though after hours at no extra charge. He arrived within the hour, cleared the clogged drain tube, wiped up the water inside and checked the inside unit. He was very professional. We highly recommend this company. Hansburger refrigeration has been my absolute go to for all things air-conditioning related. Every single time that I have called, they've been prompt with a technician to address my problem, and those sometimes he could take a little while to diagnose as to be expected, they always worked with us to ensure we got the highest quality service. There have been multiple technicians that have come to our site from initial installation of our wonderful full house Lennox to annual maintenance.

I would like to especially shout out Floyd who came to my house this last time. Enjoyable to talk to, prompt and efficient, he was the a pitta me of what you would like in the service technician. Thank you Hansburger for keeping us cool in the Arizona heat!

My ac stopped working on Thursday night right in the middle of a serious heatwave. I called Hansberger electric that night and left a message. They called me the next morning and squeezed me in. Charlie came out and within 10 min I was up and running! All for under $100 bucks. Gotta say I was pretty impressed that the got me right in, they were super busy and I was a new customer. This is the way a business should be run! Thanks guys!

We've received excellent service from Hansberger for many years now. They actually rescued us from a poorly installed unit and kept it running. It was time for a new system now so we worked with Albert to get features we wanted in our price range. The installers were professional and friendly. We're very happy with our new, much quieter A/C. The new thermostat was difficult to manage but Emma (She is always so nice) got Floyd to come over right away and help us figure it out. It's all good now.

Called for a thermostat issue. They came out the same day. Clean, pleasant, professional service man. Checked the equipment, explained the situation and answered my questions. I would recommend Hansberger to anyone. Received follow up phone call within a couple days. Just making sure I was happy and things were functioning properly. Excellent customer service.
