I've called a few places in Bainbridge to get quotes. There was one that didn't show up at all, one that did show up while I was gone but I could see and hear on our cameras that he didn't even get out of his car, but tell me a price while he was still in his car and didn't get out. I called this company and they sent someone out the next day. He was very professional, explained everything in ways I could better understand, was very respectful, and gave us a reasonable price. I will recommend them to anyone and they will be the only ones I call next time.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value Came to do seasonal maintaince and each time they left something had to have a repair. They would always have to replace something, even though I was not having any trouble with my unit. VERY EXPENSIVE! A job I needed done they were going to charge $300 over what I ended up getting it done for. They also told me I had all these things wrong when the other place said they didn't see it. They were very friendly don't get me wrong, but who has 10,000 just laying around for a new ac unit?!?

Their customer service folks are very friendly and helpful and thorough. Their technicians are very friendly, tenacious and get the job done! They explain everything before doing the work, they answer any questions AND they went above and beyond the call of duty for my homes a/c system install.
