Emergency and same-day deliveries can be made with an additional fee. With a cash-on-delivery plan, you call our technicians when you need a fuel refill and we will respond promptly.

Calling this company to schedule someone to come check out our furnace, Christina kindly scheduled an appointment for noon. After calling three times due to no one showing up, Christina answered the phone and denied ever telling me noon. Instead of telling, "I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding, what can we do to fix this", Christina yelled at me, canceled my appointment without asking and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional. William's Oil, you lost a customer. I hope you do not treat anyone else the way you just treated me today.
