Never heard or talked to them. What more can I say. I posted and that was it.

Our central heating hadn't been serviced in many years. The service was great, and Bella at the office was very communicative and helpful throughout. We had clear estimates for each piece of work that was to be done, with clear explanations of the what and why. Professional and friendly on every level.

We have a very ill person at Home when our Furnace quit heating our House. I called many Heating Contractors, but HENRY made it a special point to send out Justin after he finished another repair. Wow, what a personal Gentleman with a tremendous knowledge of furnaces. He immediately went to the repair of our Furnace and now we are enjoying our nice warm Home.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Henry Mechanical. Andrew Limon did the initial inspection and made recommendations based on his findings. He showed me the parts that were becoming unsafe. I had also been wanting a new AC unit as well and he was able to offer a good price. I wasn't "up sold, " no duct cleaning or other add ons.

His inspection was very thorough and included the attic and crawl space. I had his cell phone number and was encouraged to call anytime, which I did, with various questions. It was so nice having a point person. The crews showed up on time and the job was completed as scheduled. There were no surprises or changes to the quote. Everyone I encountered was knowledgeable and respectful to me, my property and my pets.

They left my garage cleaner than it was before. Masks, shoe covers and gloves were used. Another plus is that they are a Lennox Premier Dealer. I have had Lennox before and find their products long lasting and reliable. I will use Henry Mechanical again and have already recommended them to friends.

Is this company out of business? Filled out an online request on their website last week and got no response, calling all 3 listed phone numbers today and none of them work.

Very slow to show up to appointments. They take days to get reports and estimates that other companies can get out the same day. Always excuses but never any solutions. Worst customer experience ever.

Professional, friendly, easy to work with and to get ahold of, attention to detail, didn't rush the job but worked efficiently, made good recommendations. It was a slightly unusual and challenging install job and these guys did great. I had four quotes and they were in the middle, but they were more thorough and knowledgeable than the lower bids. I am glad that I went with them!

Highly recommend Henry Mechanical for all of your HVAC needs. During routine service in Healdsburg, Andrew did a Carbon Monoxide test and discovered that our furnace was putting out 20 ppm of this deadly gas.the safe legal limit is ZERO. This meant that he had literally saved me and my family from serious health risks even possible death. But it also meant that we needed a new furnace.

He was no pressure about it and just gave us his card and took off. We quickly decided to hire them to replace our 40 year old furnace and AC, and also to move the new furnace down to the basement. This was a tricky job and we had a ton of questions about pricing and different types of equipment. Andrew and Rick literally spent 2 hours answering all of my questions to help bid out the best system for our needs.

Once on the schedule the install was quick, clean and professional, and they went the extra mile to address some concerns that we had after the job. The Lennox furnace is quiet, efficient, and keeps the house warm.

I loved everything about working with Henry Mechanical!. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. They installed a mini-split ductless heat pump, which are great for energy efficiency. Highly recommend!

Great new construction and service department. Friendly and reliable

Made an appointment for routine maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems. Cancelled by Henry's Mechanical as they preferred to help others during this hot period. I understood. Rescheduled for two weeks later. On the next appointment, there was an electrical outtage in our area, morning only. Would not change our appointment to the afternoon. Rescheduled for a week later. The technician arrived on time, but he had the wrong filter. GUESS WHAT? Rescheduled for two weeks. Not happy.

With temperatures above 100 degrees, my capacitor on my ac fan blew out. I called Henry's services and they promptly came over and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very professional and dependable. Marco

Our A/C acted up during the recent heat/Fires. Was able to get an appointment with Henry's and Technician Gabe arrived and trouble shot the problem, had the parts and gave some much needed maintenance advise. Back up and running. Great work.

We scheduled a repair and possible replacement for our air conditioner and were given a date 2 weeks out. When we called the day before to confirm the time we were told they had no such appointment on the books and that it would be another week before they could come out. NOT HAPPY

I'm very pleased with the professional mechanics sent to install my new air conditioning unit. They showed up on time and introduced themselves. I appreciate the fact they used clean drop clothes and covered their shoes. I watched as they carefully installed the unit on the roof and replaced all the necessary lines and PVC pipes. They knew exactly what they were doing and cleaned everything when they were finished. I highly recommend Henry's Mechanical Services to everyone. You won't be disappointed. We suffered smoke damage from the fires in Geyserville, Healdsburg and Windsor in October 2019. I wanted to have the ducts cleaned so I called Henry Mechanical and spoke to Rocio who was very helpful and was able to schedule me in a couple of days. Kyle came out to do the work, he's a super nice guy and explained the process and then brought the equipment in and started.

It was not disruptive at all. The hose uses a camera and he showed me the pictures of my ducts and the collected dust. Overall I feel very confident about their work, their price was very reasonable and competitive and I would highly recommend this honest company and great technicians for any HVAC work.

We have been using Henry Mechanical for service on our HVAC system since we bought our house new over 20 years ago. So, when it came time for a new HVAC system they were the one's I called. Art came out and we discussed the options, he then provided us with 3 proposals. After we discussed the proposal options we selected a system and within 3 weeks we had a beautiful new system. Michael & Theo where the installers, they were top notch & very professional.

They both went out of their way to explain everything about the new system and were awesome to work with during the install. We could not have asked for better service through out the process. Thank you Art, Michael, Theo and Rocio.

IMPORTANT UPDATE - Joe Henry, the actual owner, got in touch after we complained and asked, very cordially, what he could do to make it right - that's a great attitude - wish he had been involved earlier. Since it's impossible to start a job over, we did reach a satisfactory financial settlement. Lessons learned: (a) test ducts if you have them (b) make sure bid includes all peripherals like electrical service, permits, inspections, etc. and (c) deal with Joe himself if/when necessary (avoid office manager.). We had good experience with HM in the past so perhaps this was a one-off negative experience.

The employees at Henry Mechanical are well qualified in HVAC. I've contracted with them for the last 5 years and I've never had a problem. The bids are exactly what I pay and the work is excellent. I give them a 5 star rating, but they deserve more.

We got our Mitsubishi split system just in time for the summer heat. Can't say enough about the joy and comfort of walking into a cool house after working in the hot outdoors! We care about aesthetics and how well piping and equipment would appear as this cooling/heating system had to be retrofitted to a finished house. Our worries were unnecessary as both Art in Sales and Jeromie the Installer assured us.

I'm not one to write reviews but this company deserves my time to share our experience with everyone. Henry mechanical installed a heater which never worked properly through winter. There were a few visits when they supposedly fixed it, but it never warmed the house. Now that summer has arrived we turn on the A/C to find out it does not work.

I called and they said "they knew it wasn't working and we're waiting on a warranty part". I haven't heard back from them in two weeks since I called to have the A/C checked/fixed. This unit got installed 6 months ago. Absolute worst experience I've had with a company and would not recommend Henry mechanical to anyone.

Henry Mechanical provided us with our first system 20 years ago when Doug Henry ran the business. Now his son Joe is running the show and we received the same or better level of service and price. During this latest 110 degree heat wave we were very comfortable and we received more neighbor visits then we have had in a long time. Seriously I recommend Henry Mechanical for all HVAC needs.

Excellent service on short notice. Joe did what 3 other techs from other company's did'nt take the time to fiqure out. It's the coldest it has been in a year and I have heat, should have called here first! Thanks Joe.

Henry Mechanical did a fantastic job cleaning the heating ducts in our house after the recent fires. They were super professional throughout the whole process of scheduling and doing the work, and they also had a lot of good recommendations for us to improve the efficiency of our heating system. I definitely recommend calling Henry Mechanical for any Heating, Ventilating or Air Conditioning needs!

We had a new heating and air conditioning system installed in our home not long ago. The entire experience was a pleasure from the first contact to the installation itself. We purchased this system through Costco and couldn't have been happier. Especially when we got a large Costco gift card as a discount. Recently we had a service call and Dennis came out to check our Air Conditioner prior to all the summer heat.

He was very friendly, knowledgable and did an excellent job cleaning our unit and making sure it performed at peak efficiency. Henry uses top flight equipment and we would certainly do business with them again and not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We had Henrys come out when our propane furnace stopped working. The technician took 3 hours installed a new circuit board and charged me $391.94. He took a break and left never to return. I was told his Supervisor would come and finish the job. I never seen another person. I was told after a week they didn't work on propane BUT they took my money. Moore Heating finished the job. Moore Heating even deducted the money Henry Mechanical stole from me. I was happy to purchase a $12,000.00 furnace from a professional business. THANK YOU MOORE HEATING.

I am SO happy my heater works! It has been a very cold last few weeks. I want to say a big thank you to Chris. I was not in the greatest mood and he remained friendly and professional. He even bluntly pointed out that I sounded irritated and I couldn't help but laugh when we got off the phone, didn't know I was that bad! My apologies Chris, for being a crabby customer. Thanks so much.

Great company! My heating broke in late November. Henry's called back immediately and made scheduling an appointment really easy. Erik, the technician who showed up, was really good. He knew exactly what he was doing and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in an hour. On top of all that, they didn't even bill me and are helping me get in touch with the warranty company. I highly recommend!

Chris came out to look at our furnace that was not putting out the usual amount of heat. He quickly assessed the situation, and was very helpful in describing to me, everything that needed to be done. He cleaned our furnace, changed the filter, and gave us advice on how to make our furnace the most energy efficient. The price was very fair for the work done.

They are Experts. I was able let the workers in my house for the day and then I went to work. The workers called me if they needed anything. It worked out great. Only feedback is they were messy. It's a good thing I planned on painting the interior of my house. There are paint scratches and smudge marks everywhere the workers did work.

Thank you Chris for assessing my furnace needs. I appreciate your explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. I know it was not the news you wanted to give me but hopefully a brand new furnace will outlive me!

Avoid Henry Mechanical at all costs! Even though I found them through Costco, a company I respect and use frequently, my experiences with Henry Mechanical - from Art the estimator, who supplied the wrong (i.e., cheaper quality) ducts - through the company, which knowingly trying to get around the required duct testing requirements by stating that the system was an existing system as opposed to a brand new one (which they knew to be incorrect) - through Joe Henry the owner, who tried to play hardball until I showed him my draft letter to CLSB after which he put his tail between his legs and started whimpering - had been awful, at best.

Not only did they lie and lie some more only to top it off with more lies, it turned out, after Costco sent out a different vendor to evaluate the system, that they had incorrectly sized the system which caused all sorts of problems per the manufacturer (Lennox). Oh, and they refused to send their folks out for two tune-ups as per my agreement with them. Luckily Costco, along with Lennox, fixed the various issues we were having and agreed to retroactively honor all the past maintenance agreements, and we now at long last have a system that works. PS: Eureka, if you read this, please be sure to show this to Joe before posting your standard "I sent the person a private message and am still waiting for a response from him/her". Feb 12, 2016: Costco fixed all the issues using a different vendor and without going back to Henry Mechanical.

That should tell you everything you need to know. Also, Lennox sent their reps to look at the system and their conclusion was that Henry Mechanical did not size the system correctly, if at all. And how Henry Mechanical can make a mistake and list a brand new system with brand new duct-work as existing, is very peculiar. Unless they were scared that they would not pass the leak test for a new system, which they did not!

Henry Mechanical installed our AC a few years ago. They did a great job and the price was good. Over the past two years, they've come out a handful of times to fix other heating/vent issues. The reason for the 5 star rating is because Henry Mechanical has consistently done a great job at a reasonable price. All of their techs have been very polite, super conscientious, and on-time.

For us, it made sense to sign up for their semi-annual maintenance program. A few scheduled visits a year will hopefully prevent any major issues down the road. I would highly recommend Henry Mechanical.

Bottom Line.in the end I kept writing checks and the problem was never fixed. The crew is unprofessional. Multiple technicians came out from Henry and would bad mouth the work of the previous technician (their co-worker). Then un-do the work and charge me the hourly rate. They also say they have a 30-day guarantee, but when you point that out they say that does not cover the particular repair in question. I heard that they focus on business customers not residential. Shop on, and call someone else.

Great company! Art came out and did an estimate and didn't try to sell me anything, just gave me the efficiencies of all the various furnaces, spent about an hour at my house explaining the workings of furnaces. He is very experienced. They even gave me a complimentary ducting test. This company was highly recommended to me by a friend and I highly recommend them. Allen Windsor

I have been using Henry Mechanical for over 10 years and I have never had anything other than an excellent experience. I have referred them to numerous friends and family members, who have never been disappointed. Everyone has been very happy with Henry Mechanical's service and pricing. Over the years, I have met several of the employees and they have all been friendly and hard working. Joe (owner) has provided me with numerous estimates and has also been on the job site doing work himself. My estimates have always been very close to the final bill. If you want a great locally owned and operated business than I would recommend Henry Mechanical.

Eureka service manager was rude. I would not use this company again and WOULD NOT refer anyone to them. I used them from a referral and called to get an estimate I was told it would be from 600-800. Tech came out after repair invoice was 799.47. Was not informed that I would be billed for drive time, which is 30 mins, fuel charge, taxed me on labor which was incorrect, and hour rates were never given until i noticed it on bill. Called to question my invoice and spoke to Eureka.

She was very rude and unpleasant to speak to. Filed a complaint to BBB and her response was total lies. Saying I used profanity. Those who know me, I rarely use any profanity. Service tech who repaired my neighbor offered his services to repair mine, Time of appointment a different service tech shows up. If you decided to use them, ask for specific costs for repair. None was given to me before only an estimate.

This review is a bit late, but Henry Mechanical deserves it, so here goes: I did a gut and rebuild a few years ago, splitting a home into two legal units. That meant two furnaces would be needed. I had 5 or 6 companies out, and two of them identified problems that would make this a tricky install to do properly. It gets complicated to describe - location of returns, the slab floor in the lower unit, etc, - but these two companies pointed out the same problems.

The cheap guys from Craigslist were MUCH cheaper, buit didn't flag the problems. My business was owed to one of the two smart installers, and I selected Henry Mechanical because they were a bit less expensive. The work was excellent, and the followup was excellent. I even emailed them almost two years later, and they helped me with a damaged duct - caused by another contractor months after their portion of the job was done. My estimator was a guy named Art, and I think he's tops.
