These guys were awesome and their customer service is top notch. I needed a new HVAC unit and I told Chris that all I really cared about was having an energy efficient unit. He totally delivered on that. My electricity bills in the middle of summer are literally half of what they were! I also had them clean my ducts and seal them with Aeroseal. The installation crew was great and cleaned up while they worked. I will definitely be using these guys from now on!

Holtzople is great! They come out twice a year to perform maintenance on the geothermal system they installed. Kevin was just here the other day and he tuned up the system, tested and cleaned everything, replaced the steam humidifier cannister and we are good to go for another care free winter. This company is such a pleasure to deal with! We had our contract with Frederick Heating and Air and they attempted to sell me a whole new unit. I called Holtzople for a second opinion and they installed a new part for $800 and the system has ran fine for over a year now. They are always professional and kind and get the job done the right way! We will continue to use them for both our resident and commercial needs!

Wonderful customer service! They came out quickly, figured out the problem in a timely manner for a flat fee. Fixed the problem right away, had us back up and running (HVAC) within the hour and provided a detailed receipt that noted the problem, work performed and all of the readings before he left. Thanks John! We'll definitely call you again if/when then need arises!

They are the best. Drew D'Anthony was the tech that did my service this last time and he was great. From first call to fix was less that 2 hours. I HIGHLY recommend them. From the front office to the techs. they are both friendly and knowledgeable. and their prices are reasonable too. You won't be disappointed if you give them a call.
