In 1984 we moved into a new facility with room for growth and our company expanded into commercial sales, installation and service. As commercial sales grew, a new division, Heartland Sheet Metal was added in 1990 along with a computerized Plasma cutter.

It is an acronym for Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency. The AFUE rating may be used to compare the efficiency of furnaces. The higher the AFUE rating, the more efficient the unit. The AFUE rating is really the percent of fuel used by a furnace which is not wasted. For example, most older furnaces have an AFUE of 65 or 70 while new furnaces typically installed have an AFUE of 90+ percent efficient.

Derrick, James and Jason we're all a breath of fresh air for me when it comes to Customer Service. As soon as I got out of the truck they greeted me and asked me how my day was. They made time to get to know me and to listen to all of the details of my issue. I probably ask way more questions than necessary but they were patient and answered every single one of them in a manner that was understandable.
They were pleasant to be around smiled a lot and we're very appreciative of our business with them. Hands-down I would use them every single time I have an issue. This business is very dishonest and refused to take responsibility for work done incorrectly. I had to have another company come out to rewire the air conditioning unit because the repairman from this company didn't wire everything back correctly when he replaced the motor for the heating unit. All wiring was messed up. Take your business elsewhere.
The woman answering the phone was hateful and very adamant they did nothing wrong. Of course they aren't going to admit to incompetence, who would hire them? Stay away from this business --no ethics or business morals.

Water heater replacement. A very professional young man replaced an old water heater for my mother-in-law. He made sure all was correct and corrected the issues of the gas line and pressure valve from previous installation over 20 years ago. He also noticed the exhaust pipe for the unit was not correct. He contacted his boss and they returned that afternoon to assess the issue and get a plan in place. They will take care of it this week. The plumber advised us to add another CO detector for safety. Very happy with services and would highly recommend.

When I called Jason he came over within a few hours and took care of us. He managed to rearrange their schedule a little since we had no AC and the weather was very hot and had his crews out there within 2 days. They even offered a temporary AC unit that would at least cool off an area of the house. When the crew arrived they got to work immediately and had the new AC unit installed by the time I was home from work.
I used them at the beginning of the year to replace my furnace and they were there immediately then too which is why I called them for my AC. Jason was very friendly and you felt like he was truly concerned about your issue and was quick to help. I checked their prices against other companies and they gave us a great deal both times I used them. I would never call anyone else if I had a problem.

This company will go above and beyond to keep their promises and make their customers happy. Professional, responsive, they are always there when needed, which is rare these days.
