For decades, split-zoning air-conditioning and heat pump systems have been the quiet solution for cooling and heating problems around the world. Our quiet and powerful systems have three main components: an indoor unit, outdoor unit, and remote controller. Installation is as simple as mounting the indoor and outdoor units, connecting the refrigerant lines, and making a few electrical connections.
Electric radiant floor heat is a system that pumps heated water from a boiler through tubing. The tubing can be installed by stapling it up under an existing floor, laid on top of an existing floor and covered with wood or tile or installed in a thin layer of concrete. The mass of the floor is heated and then radiates up into the room.

Indoor Air installed a new Trane AC system for us and we used their annual check up service for years. During our most recent system check-up (2022) they replaced a small switch while they were performing the annual service. They charged $300 for the part plus labor (it took 2 minutes), on top of the $160 annual service charge. We later realized the unit was still under warranty yet Indoor Air charged us for the work.

It took four conversations to get them to fix their problem and they acted as if they were doing us a favor. One week later they had to come back because system kept shutting off. Apparently the condenser pump wasn't working: would have been nice if they tested it as they should have during our annual checkup. We were quoted $418 to replace it. The pump plugs in and is readily available on Amazon and at Home Depot for $60. We were being overcharged. Won't use them again.

Had an appointment scheduled for today at 4pm. The tech called me at 10:30 saying his schedule was too booked up and wanted to change it to 1pm. I said that wasn't going to work for me, then he went into giving me cost without even seeing the layout of the house. Long story short he really didn't want to be tied up that late in the day with an already set appointment, so he figures just give cost over the phone without looking at the house that way I can go home early. Well I will go with someone else who will accommodate me at my time of appointment set, and with someone who wants a customer.

The most important thing you can do as a homeowner is find an HVAC contractor who diagnoses the problem rather than sells you on a new system. I cannot say enough good things about Indoor Air Technologies, INC. A little background, I come from the HVAC industry as a former Distributor Representative for Trane down in FL. I have worked with many HVAC companies throughout my career and none of them provide the customer experience and expertise as Indoor Air Technologies.

We recently moved to NJ and bought a home that ended up having airflow issues. We had multiple HVAC companies stop by and each could only recommend a new systems. The system is a little old, but runs perfectly fine. Dennis Muro came by and diagnosed the issue immediately and walked me through the game plan to solve my air flow constriction issues.

The job was promptly scheduled and corrected. WHAT A DIFFERENCE PROPER AIRFLOW MAKES! Do yourself and your own HVAC system a BIG favor, have Indoor Air Technologies stop by, they employ real technicians rather than a bunch of green install crews.

We had 2 commercial HVAC units disconnected from Indoor Air Technologies prior to a roof replacement. Their tech got to us quickly and was able to get the 2 units disconnected efficiently for our crane operator to remove them. The tech was knowledgeable and polite. When the roof replacement was completed, we called back for the units to be reconnected, we were told they'd need to see the units once again to provide an estimate.

They took a look at the units, however didn't bother following up and sending us the estimate. Once we reached out again, they sent an estimate which was nearly 7 times more than the original disconnect price. The original disconnect was a few hundred dollars vs their reconnecting quote of a couple thousand dollars. The work involved is exactly the same as before. And when we replied to their email thinking there may be some sort of an error with their quote, we received no response.

I have had multiple HVAC companies stop by for some issues with ductwork. Every single one offers a new system. So I called some local distributors in the area and they all recommended Indoor Air Technology. Dennis came by, diagnosed the issue, and corrected the air flow problem immediately. Just really impressed by the team and their goal of solving the issues before throwing a new system in. Highly highly recommended!

We had our entire HVAC Unit replaced by these guys and am glad to report we could not be happier! Very professional Crew was sent to deal with the installation which included replacing of the Condensor Unit on the roof which was only accessible via a hatch in the hallway of our 2nd Floor Apt. Unit. Even with having to deal with a swap unit at warehouse issue that popped up these guys were in and out in a timely fashion almost a full hour sooner than expected and cleaned up entirely and performed there work in a least invasive manor. If you need serious work done call on these guys with Confidence!

My water heater was failing and I was concerned about needing a replacement when the COVID pandemic was at its peak in Mercer County. So I contacted Indoor Air and Dennis had someone here with a replacement water heater the next day. The technician was wearing a mask and gloves so I felt safe with him working in the house. Very pleasant and knowledgeable technicians with quality products. Indoor Air is a local family owned business that is my go to company for heating and AC and of course water heating.

Never ever work with this company. So rude and unprofessional. We called to complain they cut our compressor wire (upstair unit) while installing a new AC system to the unit downstairs. The guy (Joe?) who answered the call (not the technician who were on site) denied it right away and said it's def not them because we weren't there to see that. Really? Seriously?

Then how will he know it's def not them when he was not there to see that? Will any homeowner be next to the technician (at all time) when they install the AC unit? Our AC stopped working while Indoor Air installing the AC downstairs. When our technician came the next day, he found the wire was cut and as soon as he reconnected the wire back, it works again. They don't even deserve one star, too bad I can't make it zero star.

I had always used another company for my HVAC service but I was disappointed with their new policy. I called Indoor Air because they were recommended by Mitsubishi for their mini split systems. I was very happy with the installation and the techs that came to my home. I needed a few units in another propriety and called them for the installation. They are prompt, professional and friendly. I now use them to service all of my properties.

Great customer service and very professional staff. I needed a dryer vent cleaning at my condo. The service technician was exceptionally professional and friendly. He took photos of what it looked like before the work took place and gave great advice. You don't see this level of customer service often.

I had Indoor Air install a central AC unit and furnace at our rental property and a central AC unit at our residence in early 2016. First, I'm a bit obsessive about research and price quotes and spent many hours sitting with salespeople and getting quotes from seven different local providers: two small-scale, two mid-size and three large companies.

The closest local competitor by staffing seemed to be Princeton Air. Indoor Air had such positive reviews on Angie's List, Yelp and Google that I asked Dennis how he was gaming the system, and he claimed that they had no dedicated staff for optimizing online reviews. The salesman for Princeton Air, by contrast, told me they hired someone in 2015 to manage their online presence, after I asked him why their negative reviews seemed to end about six months earlier, with significant negative reviews before. Indoor Air beat Princeton Air's prices by a surprisingly large margin, and five other vendors' pricing by a lesser but still significant amount, right off the bat, and after some back and forth negotiating (I'm very aggressive on price.), he came within 5% of the lowest bid, which was an individual installer with no support staff. I've been surprised by the following: 1) The women who answer the phone always remember who I am and are genuinely friendly and helpful. 2) The service people came out within two hours after I accidentally put a box on a pipe in the attic that drains the water from the AC unit, such that water started dripping through the ceiling.

I was mad as hell at them and quite obnoxious, thinking this was their installation fault; they remained patient and professional; and after the tech guy showed me the box on the pipe, he very patiently explained how he'd remedy things at no charge, even as the steam continued to rise from my ears as I argued with him, and then he took care of it immediately, which made me a bit sheepish. 3) Yesterday, a tech came out to my house to look at a problem with a hot water heater that they didn't even install, fixed the problem and didn't charge me for it. (He had been out earlier for annual maintenance of the AC unit and was still in the area.) I tend to be skeptical about tradespeople until proven wrong, but Indoor Air consistently makes me trust their judgement, pricing and professionalism. They've done a couple of other little things for me like replace a thermostat, which required significant rewiring, and their pricing and professionalism in going the second mile without additional charges has been very impressive.

I dealt directly with the owner's son, Dennis Muro, to replace the AC and heating units at my two houses in Princeton. They beat Princeton Air's best price by several thousand dollars. As a somewhat obsessive person, I interviewed seven large, small and mid-sized vendors in our area, with Princeton Air closest to Indoor Air in employee size and location.

After narrowing my vendors to Indoor Air and Princeton Air I noticed Princeton Air had a number of one- and two-star ratings that had ended about a year before and then, during my month-long search process, disappeared. Sure enough, it's sales rep explained they'd hired an "online marketing" person to, among other things, improve and remove the negative ratings. Indoor Air needs no such manipulations.

If the choice is between those two competitors, Princeton Air simply isn't competitive. Indoor Air has serviced my units the past 19 months since install, and customer service has been good.

I needed my HVAC replaced and asked 3 companies to provide estimates. Not only was Indoor Air the lowest bid but they also provided the highest efficiency units and include the cost and procurement of the permits in their estimate as well as filing the paperwork for PSEG rebates. They arrived in the AM when promised and completed the installation by mid afternoon.

The two techs who did the work were meticulous and personable as well as knowledgeable and instructive. We could not be happier and we will recommend Indoor Air Technology whenever we can.

Superior from start to finish. Phone picked up by the nicest person, presentation by co-owner Denise was very informative, not pushy and delivered with lots of patients (I had a million questions.). I usually like to sleep on big decisions but Denise was so good that I signed up on the spot. A/C, heating system and hot water heater were all replaced in ONE day a week later.

They even helped me with the peel and stick floor under the hot water heater because I recently had hand surgery and was having trouble doing it myself. To top it all. As busy as, I'm sure, Denise was on the beginning of a heat wave, he called today to follow up and make sure everything is working properly. I highly recommend and glad I was able to support a local business.

Responded same day for a non emergency call. Gerry was on time, shared good info about our a/c and furnace and was very knowledgeable. I found them thru a FAcebook recommendation and it was a good one. I'll be happy to use them for future service needs and when the time comes to replace our units.

Indoor Air Technologies During the busiest time of the year my system stopped working. I contacted several companies (4) and the third to visit my home was the owner of Indoor Air Technologies, Sam. Sam is a gem. He explained my problem so that I fully understood, again he told me of his plan and again I fully under stood. Not only was Sam the most pleasant of everybody he also had the best price.

When the others told me what they would do (easiest for them and most expensive for me) Sam suggested work-arounds to get the job done without a lot of sub-contractors. Indoor Air Technologies did everything from parts to permits to installation. XXX completed the work on schedule working well into the evening. After the job was done I had some questions and true to form the office staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them; I would without hesitation use them again.

High standards of service - family owned business that cares about doing a great job for its customers. I've been using them for many years for both small HVAC problems and our entire new system. Over the years they've installed our central air system, water heater, attic vent fans, and our boiler (we're in the general Hamilton Twp. area). I call no one else but Indoor Air Tech. Reliable service contracts too. Highly recommended - the best in the area by far.

Called for a service appointment and the tech never showed up. I called the office and the receptionist kept telling me that she was on vacation last week and that the appointment was not in their system. To be fair she was not the person I spoke to when I made the appointment but, I really don't care that it's not her fault (just fix the problem). The only solution she could come up with is for me to make another appointment and miss another day of work. NO THANKS! I will find someone else.
