I can't say enough great things about John and his team @ JG Mechanical. From the date we got our quote to the date of install, the process was simple and responsive. His crew showed up on time and finished our AC install in a day. They were respectful of the fact that I work from home and let me know anytime the power may be turned off. I never post reviews but I really wanted to express how impressed I was with the whole process and the price could not be beat!

So many times I feel like heating repair guys take advantage of quoting me a higher price just because I'm a woman. I had an emergency and Troy did a great job in getting it fixed right away. I later spoke to a few people about the price he charged me and knew I got a great price! Not only are they priced well they are extremely professional and nice. Exceptional customer service paired with industry professionalism defines JG Mechanical HVAC Installation, Repair and Maintenance company. I've had them work in my home several times, once for furnace repair and the other time for water heater repair that also included adding a pressure relief valve for my water main in the basement. Knowledgeable, responsive, did not try to push extra repairs. Came to the rescue on a very cold day when our furnace quit and repaired it very inexpensively. On a separate occasion did a full furnace replacement and some additional duct work.

Called John and he was the most un-helpful person I have ever talked to. He said he didn't want to work on our ac unit because someone else installed it and he didn't want to work on it. Nice way to get your name out there John.

Talk about a straight forward no haggle upfront business. Troy and John are two of the beat out there with over 20 years of experience each. I added them to Yelp because I can't bare the thought of consumers not knowing about them in social media.
