Called for service after hours and rec'd a text from owner within 5 minutes advising a technician would be at our home between 9&10 the next morning. Tech called 15 minutes before arrival and was at our house by 9:15. He immediately identified the issue and had the repair done within an hour. Everyone was professional, prompt, friendly and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Been a customer of John's for many years. Extremely reliable and his pricing is always fair. Late last night my elderly mother had an issue with her A.C., John contacted me to let me know that he received a call from her and a technician would be there by 10 am today! Technician arrived at 10 am and took care of the issue. Mom's house is nice and cool thanks to the dependability of J&J Mechanical!

Technician was on time and very professional. He diagnosed the issue with our system and implemented a short term fix. Within 24 hours he provided two options for long term resolution. This is a follow up post after heater and a/c installation 2 weeks ago. The crew arrived on time very professional put drop cloths down everywhere wore booties over their shoes. They were here for about 10 hrs. They completed the installation Cody and Gene did a fabulous job with the help of Kevin. Explained the how the thermostat worked and did a great job of cleaning up. Had a question the next day they followed up promptly with their response Would hire J&J for any jobs in the future.

5 stars for sure! I would absolutely recommend J&J Mechanical 100%. Our hot water heater went on Sunday evening - we called and left messages for 3 different companies. J&J got back to us right away and scheduled to come out first thing Monday morning and replaced it! Their guys were so pleasant and we got a great price too! We were so happy to have a new hot water heater so quickly. We were very impressed and it was a pleasure working with this company. Looking forward to working with them in the future!

Our ac died on the hottest day of the year. We called J&J emergency number hoping to get a call back the next day, we got a call back within the hr. We had temp ac units dropped off the next day ( huge help) John stopped out took his time to explain every step & detail along with a quote. We are getting new ac unit & furnace installed next week. I would highly recommend J&J Mechanical.

Not the best experience. Generally when we use J&J we feel satisfied with the service. Yesterday we did not. For many reasons we could not get our AC repaired. We were told what they can't do; not what they can do. Repair person was not listening and was not helpful. When asked questions about options or ideas service person was evasive and would not answer.

Bad experience - more focused on selling new hvac then solving my problems or offering viable solutions. Have talked with others in the market who were much more helpful. Not what I'm used to when John did the work and engagement. Edit: John called personally to get a better understanding of the situation and will be addressing our needs. Turning a bad situation into a positive. Responsible and great follow up.

They showed up on time which is a big plus on my book. It ends up my 20+ year old gas fireplace is nearing the end of its life, which I had figured. It is working for now. There was no hard sell for a new one, just that they will be there when I am ready. No unnecessary parts installed. Very fair.

Great service! J&J was able to come out right away and provide us with a quote for a new system. We have a baby at home and the new unit was scheduled to take 2 weeks to come in. J&J went above and beyond in dropping off several window units for us to borrow. When it came time for our install the team was on time, friendly, clean, respectful and they finished the entire job in one day instead of the estimated 2. I highly recommend this company. I can't say enough good things about this company! Every single person I dealt with was extremely pleasant and went out of their way to help me. I can't remember the last time I dealt with a company that made me feel like my business was appreciated like this. I didn't feel like I was just a sale to them as they went out of their way to get my issue taken care of as soon as possible. I had gotten an estimate from another company before calling J&J and J&J offered better equipment at a better price. I will recommend them to everyone!

Customer service here is top of the line. The owner specifically was very friendly, responsive and honest. He got back to me on 5 separate questions before two other companies had even responded to my first question. He answered all of my questions quickly and fairly and gave me a very fair price. I cannot speak about the quality of their work, because I ultimately didn't hire J&J for unrelated reasons, but wouldn't hesitate to do so in the future

Started chatting with John the owner through Facebook. He came out a day later and we went over a new heating, cooling and hot water heater upgrade. Within 3 days the entire job was done and done right at a fair price. The fact that John literally lives around the corner made me feel good about hiring him, but the professionalism and attention to detail from day one has made me a very happy customer.

He put in all energy efficient products and my electric bill this summer has been over $100 less per month than it was before. The unit is super quiet, you can't even hear it sitting next to it on my deck. My neighbor across the street also works in hvac and he confirmed the job was done right. Give John a call, he will get it right and at a fair price.

Over the past 3 years, J&J has installed an air conditioner, heating system, hot water heater and cleaned our gas fireplace. Always does quality work and John has been great to deal with. Would definitely recommend his services.
