We've had a service contract with J&L for years. Service is excellent, timely, efficient and friendly. We use them at two residences. ALWAYS excellent service! Recently had to replace one unit! Called J&L Air Conditioning (based on recommendations from our neighborhood chat group) after being told by the first company I called that the compressor on our 3 year old system was bad. The estimate they gave to replace the a/c system was $10,500. I then called J&L around noon on a Friday and was told someone could be here between 2 and 5 pm. Mike showed up right on schedule about 3 pm.
He was very personable and professional as he did his diagnostics and explained what he was finding as he went along. Within 20 minutes or so he had our 'frozen' compressor up and running. Mike then cleaned our clogged drain (which is what caused the system to shut down) and did some other maintenance on the air handler. I highly recommend this honest and above board company as they saved me over $10,200 today. I won't call anyone else to service my A/C in the future.

They contacted me within minutes of receiving the request from there site and were patient while I obtained other quotes. They offered the best price. The technician did a thorough check, determined the problem and worked quickly to repair it for me.
