Kings was great to work with, our general contractor set up the work. Josh was the job site lead and was really easy to work with. He took time to explain everything in detail, answer our questions and was able to think of new solutions to save time and space in our home for installing a new HVAC unit. Highly recommend.

Kings installed our furnace 6 years ago and we had them come back this week to install central A/C. Josh and Mike did a great job on the install and explained the process the whole time. Kings takes great care of their customers and helps you through the whole process. Chris, the estimator, was also top notch and helped us understand our choices. Overall, we are happy with Kings and will continue to use them for our heating and cooling needs! Bring on the hot weather, we are ready!

Kings has come out to our house twice recently for routine maintenance and we couldn't be happier with their service. The service tech, Josh, was really polite and clearly knew what he was doing. They have a fantastic staff and provide great service and scheduling couldn't have been easier with Michaela. I highly recommend hiring them!

We recently had Kings Heating & Air Conditioning replace our gas furnace and install an air conditioning unit for our home. It was a very positive experience. Chris came to do the estimate and bid the job. He sent a thorough quote in a timely fashion. Michaela was great with scheduling and explaining financing and the permit side of things. The two professional installers, Mike and Josh, did a great job and were both very friendly and knowledgeable.

They took their time in answering our questions and explaining the new furnace and A/C unit controls and functions. We are now awaiting warmer weather when a technician will come out and finalize "firing up" the A/C unit as it needs to be warmer weather to do this properly. Bottom line is, we are very pleased with the results and would recommend Kings to anyone looking to have HVAC work done at their home.

From the initial sales call by Chris to the installation by Mike and Josh, we couldn't have been more pleased. Josh and Mike had to install while we were out, but they kept us informed at every step. They went above and beyond more than once, following up or coming back when needed to make sure everything is right. Working with the team for the purchase and installation of our new furnace at Kings, has been a complete delight in every way! Throughout the entire process, from speaking with Christopher who came out to give us the estimate, working with Michaela for scheduling and throughout the entire process, installation by Mike and Josh, through consultation with Justin, was absolutely great!

We have not seen this level of expertise, dedication, competency, and customer service in a very long time, from any service provider! It was simply refreshing! I called around to other HVAC companies and found that they were all booked until 3 weeks from now. Couldn't wait that long. A friend gave me Kings Heating & Air Conditioning number on Saturday. I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. They came out as promised and now I'm enjoying a cool house. Fast, friendly, and courteous service. My new go to company for all my heating and cooling needs. Highly recommended!

These guys deserve 10 stars! My heater and thermostat stopped working during our single-digit cold spell and these guys were fantastic. From my initial call all the way through the appointment they exceeded expectations with every opportunity and interaction. Seriously. superb service! The lovely lady who scheduled us took the time to help me troubleshoot ahead of making my appointment.

Then they called to say they were able to move our appointment up by a full day (much appreciated since it is still freezing outside)! THEN David, our amazing service tech, knocked it out of the part by diagnosing, testing, retesting to ensure he solved the problem and that we would not have any further issues in the future. He also took the time to educate us along the way.

All in all it was a beautiful collective effort with excellent communication and service excellence every step of the way. We can't recommend these guys enough. Heating service superheroes. Thank you guys!

Our old furnace was acting up. Everyone I dealt with from the office to the technician were professional and efficient. When I called to get an appointment they provided some things to check that could possibly resolve the issue without the need of a service call, and they kept me informed on when the technician would arrive. When the technician (David) arrived he told me the possible issues that it could be and then did troubleshooting to determine the issue and correct it.

The whole time he was explaining what he was checking for and the way the furnace functions. Turned out to only require cleaning of the flame sensor. However the furnace is 25 years old so replacement is coming. He answered all my questions about replacement options and constraints of our installation. I really appreciated his open informative approach. I will be sure to contact Kings later this spring when considering replacement of my furnace.

I didn't use this service, but contact for a quote or schedule for my HVAC which continued on and off thus my house was not warm enough. Unlike the other contractors, Kings simply told to check my filter to see if it was clogged. I got to know it was a washable filter which was hard to access to it. Anyhow, I found it was really dirty and clogged, and simply cleaning them with a brush and vaccum made my furnace working back to normal. I appreciate this simple checking and informative instruction, which saved my time and money. I'm sure I will use this service next time when things are needed!

These guys were excellent from start to finish. We bought an older house with a furnace and water heater that had not been serviced since 2016. I called and Michaela picked up right away. As a first time homebuyer she recommended a full maintenance on the furnace and squeezed us into the schedule immediately. I also mentioned our hot water tank pilot kept going out and she referred me to PSE who came out for free and fixed the problem since they were recently out. Wow, saved us money and the stress of having that repaired!

The day of I received a phone call and a text letting me know they were on the way and the technician David arrived within the two hour window and got to work immediately. After the maintenance and inspection was completed, he went over everything he did and found a couple items to keep an eye on, but did not try to upsell us or pressure us into it.

He educated us on how to change the filters regularly and how often we should maintain our equipment. He even offered us a service plan which is significantly cheaper than a one time service call for future years of service which we signed up for. Highly recommend Kings to anyone out there looking for a reliable and efficient HVAC company to work with.

During the heat wave we noticed our 7-yr old York pump wasn't really cooling the house much at all, only lowering the temps by about ~8F. We called ~20 different contractors over the course of several days, even had a few come out. Every contractor that came out wanted nothing to do with this heat pump and quoted us 5-figures for a replacement.

Nobody wanted to diagnose and repair it the moment they heard the brand name "York". Most folks were too busy and only wanted to install new equipment. That is until we contacted King's Heating! The lady on the phone was very knowledgeable. She immediately knew what kind of pump we had, some common problems with them, and recommended a few potential solutions.

A few days later our technician Paul came out and checked out the pump. It was low on refrigerant, but still functional. He proposed that we could try sealing the leak and topping it off as an option to buy us some time before we had to replace it, and today he came over and did just that! Pump blows nice cold air now, and the cost of this repair was a fraction of what it would have cost to replace this older but still mostly functional pump.

Given the slow nature of the leak (about 50% gone after ~7 years) and with the sealant in place it may just limp along long enough for us to save up for a replacement. And one thing for sure I know exactly whom to reach out to for a replacement once the time comes! King's Heating saved us a ton of money (and time), they were extremely responsive, very polite, and just an absolute pleasure all around to work with! Thank you again for caring and providing a great service, as well as for offering to repair instead of replacing! :)

I was out of town, and the furnace breaks in March. The problem was quickly diagnosed and there was justification to replace my 20 year old furnace. Within TWO days, the furnace was replaced, with little or no involvement with me. These folks go above and beyond for clients. I will always use them and recommend them to others. Easy to work with, responsive, and communicate well.

After buying and moving into our house, we decided to install a nest thermostat. We couldn't get it working properly and we knew we needed to have our system serviced after moving anyway, so Kings to the rescue. Once they arrived, we discovered that the 10 year old system had possibly never been serviced. The amount of dust was embarrassing. Way overdue for service, and our technician Paul had everything diagnosed, cleaned, and working properly in no time. Kings is now our go-to for anything HVAC related. Thank you!

Great front office customer service. Michaela was cheerful, helpful and responsive throughout the process. Our furnace was working, but the thermostat didn't seem to keep up. Technician came out to service our furnace. In his notes he recommended.that " thermostat may be failing". He also told us that it was an old furnace that may need replacing and may not be worth fixing.

A couple of days later, we noticed that the furnace was only blowing cold air. I changed the thermostat but it still blew cold air. To be fair, Kings did offer to send another technician. At this point I turned to my brother-in-law who used to be in the HVAC business. He recommended another technician who was able to diagnose and fix our furnace. It was a board issue.

Kings Heating to the rescue! I highly recommend them! Last week it was starting to get cold in my house and I noticed the furnace wasn't kicking on. A friend of mine referred me to Kings Heating, a local family owned business and said they are the best. When I called, Desra answered the phone - she was extremely patient, nice and helpful! She let me know they would send a technician out to help troubleshoot.

They were very understanding of our situation and managed to get us in sooner than later. The technician arrived within the window promised and I even got a text sent to me letting me know the technician was on his way! The friendly service technician, David, thoroughly diagnosed our furnace and found it was a simple component that needed a little extra TLC.

He got the furnace up and running and our home was nice and comfortable once again. He also gave us tips on how to maintain our electronic air cleaner and when we should maintain our furnace next. A great thing about them is there was no pushy sales pitch or extra unnecessary things to up sell us. I highly recommend Kings to anyone who wants to work with a local family owned and operated business. I will be going to Kings for any future issues! Also, with COVID, I felt safe the entire time! David wore a mask, gloves, shoes covers and sanitized after he left.

King's Heating and Air Conditioning have been on my speed dial for decades now. -They have the BEST customer service -They are a small business and family owned (important to me) -Always deliver quality work -Affordable for the area -Follow safety guidelines during covid (also important to me) -Will answer their phone day or night to help assist with questions/ emergencies I've never had a problem with the quality of work, or quality of customer service. It's rare for me to write reviews, but given the long running relationship I've had with them- they deserve it. I've referred countless family, friends, and co-workers to them.

I wish I could give them a lower score. Hmm, where to even begin. first off an above all else the customer service is less then subpar. I don't know about you but when I call with a problem I like to receive help, not get schooled. Kings, maybe you should think about hiring a new customer service representative because this chick you have answering your phones isn't doing you any favors. Secondly, We had two High Wall Ductless System units installed in our building and we have been having trouble with them since the beginning of time.

The way they explain it to us yes, it should be simple. "Leave them alone so they can do their job" is what we're being told. So tell me why I'm wearing two coats in my office? Clearly something is not right. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Been suffering without AC for a few years, decided if I'm stuck working form home this summer and had to cancel vacation plans I might as well be comfortable. Don came out and walked my house, provided a lot of great information and the quote was detailed, in line with my expectations and had a few options we had discussed. Went with a new furnace, AC, and smart thermostat at a new location.

Day of install the crew showed up on time, reviewed the locations and their work plan with me. These guys busted it out! They were efficient, organized, and clean. Everything looks great, functions as expected, and I'm happy!

To be honest, I am not happy with the service I got and the price I paid. Paid 139+tax just to learn that our AC is not having power but nothing else seems a little bit expensive. The technician is here for about 10-15 minutes to figure out this. While it's not their fault but just cannot be happy with them. After the owner replied my review I think it's fair enough to say they are just doing their job.

I am not upset, just will call some one else next time. Also, before the technician left I asked him will we have some notes on the invoice stating what happened here, so next time we will have more information and he said yes, but I only received an invoice has my signature date and price, nothing else.

These guys have been a never-ending source of headaches from the start. My thermostat died in May, and they came out to replace it with a newer one I can set from my phone. It's also AC-compatible if I ever get fancy and install AC in the house. It took forever and cost me $500. That was competitive with a couple other places I spoke with at the time, but technicians who have been out on unrelated service calls since then let me know that I paid about double what I needed to pay.

More to the point, the part has failed repeatedly in the intervening 6 months. Three times. I finally called them to come out and fix or replace it. They plan to send out the same tech who installed it, and only one day later. That part is nice enough. But they want another $140 just to deal with this, because the warranty doesn't actually cover things like people driving out to do the work.

What on earth is a warranty supposed to cover then? These guys are rated way above average on price, now that I have actually done the research I should have done this past Spring. And I am fuming about letting myself overpay for something straightforward. Live and learn.
