We called Kingwood Air Solutions and scheduled a pre-summer system check, and we are so glad we did! They called 30 minutes before arriving this morning, and showed up right on time. Glen, our technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and left us with a unit in tip top shape. All at a reasonable price. They were recommended to us by several neighbors, and for good reason. We will definitely use them exclusively in the future.

Worked with a tech named Chris who not only fixed my issue but also helped explain why things where not properly heating up. He recommended me new equipment but because he had explained EXACTLY why it was preferable it did not feel like an upsell. In fact he suggested I try out what I got for the next few days before I made a decision on upgrades. The whole thing went extremely smooth.

We had used Kingwood Air Solutions in the past and we had been satisfied with the basic services (annual check up, etc) We called them for a second opinion on what was looking like an AC coil replacement and found that the original service that looked at it didn't even find the leak! No issues with the coil at all! When it comes time to replace we know who we will call!

I was very impressed with how responsive they were and how quickly they were able to come out. I greatly appreciated how they accommodated my work schedule. Mikey was very professional and explained everything that he was doing to confirm the problem and rule out that there was anything else going on. He answered all my questions and took the extra time and effort to use a cover plate to cover up the missing paint that was revealed when he removed the old unit.

Just had Adam out to diagnose why my A/C unit suddenly stopped cooling. Was really impressed at how fast they were able to come out to take a look at my Unit. My problem was very minor and just needed new capacitors on my unit and I was up and running cool again in no time. My home warranty company Choice Home Warranty sent another technician from GeauxPro Air 2 which lied to me and Choice for the repairs that needed to be done. I had to pay out of pocket. Our air suddenly stopped working. We called them and they just had a cancellation. So we had a technician at our house 30 minutes later! The technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem and our air was back on within the hour. Also, he was prepared because he had all the parts needed on his truck.

AC was not cooling as it should. Taylor with Kingwood Air Solutions came out and was very informative about my AC . I had alot of questions and he answered them all. He was very courteous and patient. What I really appreciate is the courtesy call before he came out. I made sure to get one of his cards so I can ask for him specifically if needed.

They were able to see me next day, other places I had called were 2 to 3 days away and with my house at 89 on the inside wasn't gonna work for me.
Mike the AC guy called me and informed me that he was in his way and arrived earlier than he said he was going to. I showed him where my outside unit was and bam he was rocking and rolling before I knew it he was fixing the problem, and with in 7 mins he was done.

Could not be more pleased with Kingwood Air Solutions! We had a few other companies come out and give us quotes before having Brian come out. He is very straight forward and honest. Will not try to over sell you and fix things that aren't broken. We are very pleased with our new unit. Also very impressed that he was on site overseeing the job. Mid remodel in our home, our AC stops working due to the blower motor burning up. Called after 5 pm and the owner himself came out to replace it! Bryan could NOT have been any nicer! VERY HONEST AND FAIR!

Called on a Sunday afternoon for an AC repair and they came the next day bright and early to fix AC. Reasonable price for repairs. Would highly recommend them. We really appreciated them responding so quickly in the heat of the summer.

A fantastic experience. I made a call Sunday night and Dustin was at my home Monday morning. He was very knowledgeable and understood our multi-zone system. He pinpointed the issue within 20 minutes and presented options, including a zero-cost one. He also left us with some suggestions to improve our cooling that we could implement on our own. Mike came out to my house after hours. I was looking to replace my AC unit and had already had 2 quotes of replacement. One was trying to sell me a "two stage" unit and when Mike came out, he not only provided me a quote that was HALF the other quotes, he also explained the reason I did not need to pay for a two stage unit. He then tested my units added some freon and told me I did not need to replace my unit yet - it has been working fine since.
