We called Kirkland to repair and subsequently replace the furnace in our new house because they did such a great job installing a new heat pump in our condo several years ago. We needed new AC units (inside and out) as the system Kirkland installed 23 years ago, finally died. Caleb, Lance and Matt worked long hours for 2 days to get the new system up and running, despite the unexpected need to bring an electrician in (props to Scott Ewing at Ewing Electric for his almost immediate availability). We have used Kirkland AC for 25 years and could not recommend them more highly! Love supporting small/family businesses!

Kirkland has been my HVAC of choice since 2008. Although they've done minimal repairs my system lasted 21 years. It was time to replace. Tom guided me though a seamless process. He was patient with all of my questions. I took some time to research and decide on the few options presented. Installation day went smoothly. Daniel, Josh, Matt, and Devin came in and set up.
They were knowledgeable and prepared for the job. I felt the quality of the workmanship was top notch. They were all professional, personable, and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an HVAC company they can trust.

We have had a maintenance contract with Kirkland for well over 20 years. I trust their honesty, service and professionalism. When repairs have been needed, they provided detailed explanation about the issue and a reasonable cost for the replacement part. We have a very old HVAC and we know a new unit will be needed sometime. We appreciate that all the Kirkland techs are always efficient and helpful, especially Josh. He did a repair this appointment, so the unit keeps on working with Kirkland.

Huge thanks and VERY happy with Kirkland on this full replacement! Extremely competent, super courteous, polite and professional. even when everything that could be or go wrong did. From discovering an existing gas leak at the meter to fixing the unfiltered vent that was acting as a return and even the insanity of correcting wiring from the previous home owner's hack job to get us up to code and safe. the folks at Kirkland took great care of us and our budget to make us safe and comfortable for many years to come. Couldn't be happier right now!

We have used Kirkland for over 25 years, and would never use anyone else. We do the Spring and Fall maintenance every year, and always feel better about the safety, efficiency and reliability of the system when they leave. Today they replaced our gas furnace with a very efficient York unit. Very pleased. Josh and Devon were our technicians, and they were great.
They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job keeping us informed about aspects of the installation and operation of the unit and new thermostat. Tom was our sales consultant, and gave us all the viable options in the very beginning. We highly recommend Kirkland AC & Heating.

Highly recommend Kirkland for all heating and cooling needs. Matt was extremely thorough and knowledgeable in assessing our 1929 bungalow's many heating issues. It has only been 30 minutes since he has left and the main floor hot air flow has improved greatly. Matt took his time to explain all of the intricacies of the system and wrote detailed notes and recommendations. Would recommend to anyone! Also, scheduling an appointment with Rhonda was a breeze.

Definitely would recommend this company to others. Customer service was wonderful from start to finish and scheduling was quick and easy. I received estimates from a number of companies before it was time to replace my two units. Kirkland's was by far the most thorough, reasonable and professional. We recently got a quote from Kirkland when our heating unit stopped working while we were out of town. 1. When they visited our residence to take a look at our unit they placed 4 stickers on our heating unit, electrical box, house and thermostat. I am not sure I understand why they would feel authorized to smack stickers on our property. 2. We asked they call us when they got to our home, they didn't call but entered our yard and left the gate open.
We have pets and chickens that could have escaped. They had very little concern or consideration. 3. We went with another company that we felt comfortable with and the cost was considerably less. Well, we got a knock on the door from the city. They said that Walt from Kirkland called to report that we didn't have a permit. We weren't aware one was need to replace an HVAC unit but we talked to our HVAC company and it was an honest oversight and they are taking care of everything to make it right.
It left me speechless that they would take the time to involve themselves in business that wasn't theirs. If they were honestly concerned about following the rules they could have called us to make us aware of the permit issue. I have called Walt to see if he had a valid reason for calling the city and reporting our HVAC unit but not surprised that I haven't gotten a return call. I cannot rate them on their work product but their customer service and business ethic is very poor.
