I had an emergency heating situation come up at my home in Sag Harbor. No heat or water on one of the coldest days of the year. The technician showed up within 30 minutes, had the part I needed in stock (for a Weil Mclain boiler) and I was back up and running within an hour. I would highly recommend this business.

Once again I recommend Kolb for your Hvac and heating issue. They are very knowledgeable and fair. Today we had no heat but now we do thanks to their technicians We are grateful for the great service we receive.

Had Kolb install an April Air unit, which needed service (it's still under warranty). Made the appointment, except the morning of the appt., they called to cancelled - I had rescheduled my day to be home. The next day when we called to reschedule, they said they had no time and to find someone else. Customer service rates a - 10. DO NOT USE THEM! They obviously don't care about customer service, so be forewarned.
