The recent heat wave left me with out functioning air conditioning. I e-mailed Leith at 9PM, asking for help. They called me 7:15 AM the following morning and had someone here by 7:45 AM. He quickly diagnosed multiple problems, pulled the spare parts from his van and had me back up and running by 9AM. Leith was VERY responsive and knowledgeable, with very fair pricing on their work.

I would recommend Leith Heating and cooling to anyone. I have been a customer for a couple of years and have always been satisfied with their service and their employees. Found this company last minute based on positive reviews. I am sure glad I did. I needed a full AC and Furnace replacement and they came out same day for estimate. They use quality equipment and the price was very reasonable based on other companies quotes. Two days later i had full install complete. They were very friendly and professional and I highly recommend their service.

I called, the lady on the other end of the line was exceptionally kind and professional. My family and I had just spent a very cold night without heat. I was ecstatic to receive a text within minutes of hanging up, that Robert the technician was in route and would be at my home with 6 minutes. Yes it's true, the tech arrived, assessed my furnace, and my family and I had heat shortly there after! Thank you for a well executed repair service!

We would highly recommend that you use Leith Heating and Cooling for any service that you need done. We have had them do quite a few jobs at our home. They have put in complete heating systems, cooling systems and a humidifier. They have also come to our home to look at our 2nd system (which they did not install) when it was acting up. Brian and his team have been both fair and honest with all of their quotes.

His team has been efficient, courteous, and professional. We have recommended Leith heating to both family and friends that have needed work done. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

10/10. 5 stars! WOULD recommend! I called on Tuesday morning around 8:00. Matt was at my house within the hour. our furnace was acting up, he made some repairs and it was running again. Unfortunately the furnace didn't listen & died again. I called emergency # because it was after hours. Brian, the owner, was at my house within 15 MINUTES of me calling and helped us!

This company truly cares about their clients and they have your best interest at heart. They don't try to sell you anything that you don't need and are so helpful with everything. I am very grateful, as I have a newborn baby at home and they didn't let us go without heat! THANK YOU!

We called at 1 PM and they had it fixed by 6:00. Very responsive, repairmen we're great and great at explaining the problem. They gave us repair options and didn't pressure us. Highly recommend!

I had an AMAZING experience with Leith Heating and Cooling. Our upstairs AC unit stopped working on a 95 degree day and we were scrambling to find a solution. A neighbor recommended Leith so I called to explain my problem. Brian was out later that day to take a look and consult with me on what was going on. He was extremely professional, not pushy, and laid out all of my options to get my AC fixed.

I decided it was in our best interest to get a new AC and Furnace installed and get my other unit serviced. We got very lucky and they were able to schedule me for a new install the next day at 8:00AM. Matt and his crew showed up at 7:59AM next day ready to work. They explained everything to me as to their scope of work and let me know to ask throughout the process if I had any questions.

The professionalism and knowledge they had made me extremely comfortable with them installing my new system. Pricing was fair and the job was completed that day. Our AC is now working amazing and I look forward to installing my other AC/Furnace with them next year. I called Leith with a random query about air quality, so owner Brian Leith briefed me on air scrubbing systems. I invested in an "air scrubber" two weeks ago to help kill germs, ordinary household odors, and purify the air. I've often imagined what it would be like to hike in the mountains of Switzerland, deeply breathing in the world's freshest, most pure air.

Since Brian's team installed the new air scrubber, "Swiss Air" isn't just an airline --it's the O2 in my home! It's like Leith just piped in our entire air supply directly from the top of the Matterhorn! I highly recommend the air scrubber. Our allergies have improved and we're all sleeping much better. Even better, I received a discount because of the annual HVAC service plan we already had in place with Leith Heating & Cooling. Another bonus: I like supporting veteran owned-and-operated small businesses like Leith Heating & Cooling.

I used Yelp to search for a quick service call to inspect and clean my furnace and used the quick quote feature which works awesome. saves me time and money on guessing which company would be reliable and affordable. Leith HVAC responded quickly and was in-line with other quotes I received. They did a follow-up call the next morning and said a tech can be out there during my window of availability. now that's service. The whole process was under an hour, and the tech was professional and courteous. Quick pay, electronic invoice, the way I like it. I recommend Leith for your HVAC needs!

Had Rocco and Matt come out to install a whole humidifier for my new home that the builder did not install. Brian gave a great recommendation with a reasonable price. Great communication through the whole process. They also hooked up my fresh air ventilation system that the builder installed but never wired. Rocco and Matt were very clean, efficient and courteous. Our A/C went out over the weekend and I called Leith at 8:55am this morning and Bryan was out here by 9:30am. After having Bryan come out I would never go with anyone else. Super nice guy and felt he was VERY honest not looking to nickel and dime ya and he explained everything he was doing in a way that it made sense to me and I appreciated that. I understand why they have the reviews they do.

If everyone provided the type of service this company provides we would all be happier people. I am compelled to write this review because a stellar service like I experienced today has to be recognized. I only picked Leith Heating and Cooling due to their reviews and now see why everyone ranked them like they did. Rocco was amazing in his advise and meticulous detail to everything, but the amazing experience started before that when I spoke with Chloe at the office, who was very kind and understanding of my haphazard schedule and to try and fit an appointment in.

I have used services of several companies over last 15 years for my home and some were good, some were not so good, but I mean it when I say that these guys provide a level of service I have not seen before.

We had Brian over yesterday from Leith Heating and Cooling and he was able to discover the problem we have been having with our AC for 3 years now! Another service was just masking the real issue and he was able to find and it and fix it! So grateful for his expertise, friendliness with my 3 children running wild around the house, and our nice cool house now! Thank you! Would highly recommend!

Brian checked my aging AC unit and found it needed to have a capacitor replaced and a bit of coolant. He did the work and now it's almost as good as new! I appreciate the fact that he carefully checked the unit and repaired it rather than just trying to sell me a new unit. He says I could easily get 4 or 5 more years out of this one. Brian and his associate were both friendly, courteous and professional.

Brian and his team are terrific. I have been using Leith for many years. I was extremely happy when I discovered that they serviced our new home in Naperville. My heat kept shutting on and off, intermittently. tried figuring it out myself, no luck. Thought it was shot. Called Leith expecting to pay $$$ to replace or repair. Turns out, a sensor had some funky buildup on it, and just needed to be cleaned. Leith's honesty and fairness in pricing has made us clients for life. I could have totally been taken for a huge repair bill and not known the difference - but they were HONEST! So thankful to have found a locally owned place to take care of my schtuff in the house!

I am blown away by the integrity of this company. My husband and I purchased our first home last winter and had to do some major repairs. We also discovered this spring that our a/c unit was not operating. We had someone from Four Seasons come out and give us an estimate on a new unit after he tinkered around with a few things and determined that our current unit was not repairable.

The estimate was absolutely outrageous. I worked in the HVAC industry and knew that the estimate was greatly inflated. My husband and I have not been in a financial position to purchase a new unit until now (July 8th!). It's been a hot and humid summer! After explaining to my husband that the Four Seasons estimate was insane, he agreed to get a few more estimates from other companies.

The first company we called was the first available. Brian from Leith came out within hours of our call. We were prepared for an estimate, but in less than an hour Brian had our current unit up and running!!! What was an estimate appointment turned out to be nothing more than a simple service call. He has saved my family thousands of dollars with his honesty and hard work.
