Lockards are great to work with. Very professional and always on time and take the time to explain everything. Their tech Nate was very prompt and very very professional. They are the only company that will take care of HVAC needs!

Total scam artist! Called lockards to come look at my boiler for a yearly check, told me that it was leaking and the part I needed to replace it wasn't available anymore and wanted us to spend $6000 to $8000 to replace the whole boiler. Unable to afford it we had to use electric heat and other sources, costing us thousands. Two years later, I go to sell my house and have to have the boiler checked out again.

Company came out and said there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Completely made up! Lockards was just trying to get our money. I will never recommend or use there services. Do not trust them! Decided to add picture due to the sarcastic response of lochards quoting "found nothing wrong". Yes you are scamming people and I'm not the first to post about it on here.

Lochard replaced an at least 30yr old electric Kenmore water heater with a new 50 gal Bradford White water heater and made the space in the closet look better and be more useful. Joe T was prompt at the time appointed, asked questions to make sure the installation was satisfactory, and did an admirable job of which both of us could be proud. The value of the workmanship is worth the cost.

Our furnace was working off and on. They were able to make a time available for us, to look at our furnace the day after we called. Very grateful for that. Two guys came out, he looked at it, said we had several things wrong with it, would be cheaper to get a new furnace. Which we were not surprised. We could not get in the schedule until the middle of next month to get an estimate for a new furnace.

So told us to call around other places. Another company came out that night to give an estimate, but then said it looked like all our furnace needed was burners cleaned out, and the gas line has some issue. And the city should be able to take care of that. So I'm guessing since we didn't need new parts Lochards won't just say that. They want the whole furnace purchase. Just beware.

Took weeks to get our parts in due to holiday but they kept coming back till they got it running. Did pretty good job of cleaning? Couldn't belive they didn't fix the holes in the ceiling.

Lochard is always fast and dependable. Prices are a little high but you get great work that is never questioned. They've replaced a water spigot for me, and do my twice a year furnace/AC service contract.

I am so grateful for Joe and Bryce. They did a great job at fixing the leak I had in the pipes in my wall. They took the time to explain everything to me and showed me what was going on with my pipes. They were very careful when moving kitchen appliances and did a wonderful job cleaning up. These guys are very good at their jobs and it's so nice to feel they are taking care of you like they would their own family. Thank you Lochard, Joe, and Bryce

Thank you to Kevin and Kyle for the excellent job! Lochard was able to get me in on short notice, in fact, they even called and got me in a day earlier. Everything about this business is top notch. There is a reason why they are known as one of the most reputable businesses in Shelby Co. I will go nowhere else for ANY plumbing or HVAC need. Thank you again! Very impressive.

Went to their store to set up an appointment for an estimate on a ductless heating and cooling unit. When the gentleman came we discussed what he recommended and what I had in mind. He told me he would give me 2 estimates, his recommendations and 1 for my idea to show me the price difference. It took 3 weeks and a phone call to get a response and he only sent me 1 estimate. The sad thing is, I had cash in hand to pay in full. Very disappointed.

I am not a handy man so I love this place. They will actually talk me through stuff and let me know how to fix and even, what not to buy. Friendly staff. Will you pay a "few cents" extra? Maybe, but try to get a question answered at walmart, lowes or menards! Love local stores like this.
