Lofgren Heating & Air Conditioning

This is the first time I have called Loftgren. The gentleman that I talked to on the phone was very nice and helpful. Laura was also very nice when scheduling an appointment. The next day when Chad arrived, it was a great experience. He was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He listened to me and educated me on the possibilities of what could be wrong with our furnace. Our furnace works great now! I am glad that it was an easy fix. Thank you Chad. Also thank you for taking off your shoes. We will definitely use Loftgren again.

We contacted 3 HVAC companies about replacing/upgrading our furnace and AC. All 3 quickly showed-up to provide estimates. We received estimates from 2 companies. Neil, Lofgren's representative provided an estimate that gave several options and was lower than the other company. Neil took the time to explain what options are available and clearly listened to my expectations for a new HVAC system.

This responsiveness put Lofgren first on our list. When I reached-out to the other company with a couple questions I never heard back from them. Our decision was easy at this point. We scheduled our installation. Joe P. showed-up on time for the installation and was extremely professional and courteous. The installation went smoothly and quickly. Our home was left spotless. Joe also took time to explain the system to us and highlighted proper maintenance. Follow-up questions to Lofgren were all answered promptly and thoroughly. All conversations were very friendly. We are extremely pleased with Lofgren and glad that we selected to work with them for our new HVAC system.

I called after hours on a Friday and spoke to Aaron, he was very helpful and courteous and willing to come out right away. We waited until the morning, Aaron showed up on time and was committed to solving the problem while relaying information the whole time. He even followed up with a phone call to check on things on Monday. Nice work Aaron!

From start to finish a very professional staff to work with. Estimate, scheduling and installation all done quickly with a great staff to work with. Had new furnace and AC package installed during recent hot weather. I also called about no AC at my 92 year old Dads house. Although they were booked solid for two weeks they responded the next day because of his age and extreme heat. This is a first class company. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this company for any ac heating issues.

A friend recommended Lofgren to me, and now I would recommend them, too. Their people were friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable, did very neat work (better looking than the previous one) and the only glitch was when they turned the furnace on - it didn't work. Mine was the last job of the day and I'm sure the two men wanted to get home on time, but they stayed until finding the fault, which was a valve in the gas line that wasn't even part of the furnace installation, but they got a new one and installed it anyway so I'd have a working furnace when they left.

I think that was really good service. They also showed up when they said they would, with a final "we're on the way" call within a half hour of showing up, and did a good job of cleaning up when finished.

From first contact with the scheduling staff to the moment the tech left our home we could not have been more satisfied. The tech was very knowledgeable and answered our questions concisely. His input as to several older systems was valuable - that is an electronic air cleaner and whole house humidifier. We will be doing more business with Lofgren and are happy to recommend them to family and friends.

Technician Aaron was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was also very kind to our dog! He performed the maintenance on our furnace and installed a new thermostat in our garage with great efficiency, made sure I understood what was done, and if we needed further assistance he left his phone number and to call him "at any time". Wonderful customer service! We will always use Lofgren for our HVAC needs! Would recommend them to anyone, and we actually have!

I had a new heating system and thermostat installed yesterday with Lofgren. I want to thank Neil for the prompt estimate, speedy scheduling and following up with any questions I had. Joe and AJ were amazing and took on the task of of removing my very old furnace and replacing it with a shiny, new efficient one! They were both conscientious, courteous and knowledgeable to answer any questions I had. They also did an amazing job cleaning up the area when they finished. I am very pleased, thank you!
