We went through Costco to replace our Furnace and AC. Costco put us in touch with Marsh Heating and Cooling. From start to finish they were Awesome! From Leigh to Gordon to the install crew. All top notch and and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new furnace, AC or both. Services: Installation, Heating system installation, Install AC

Customer service was amazing. Called two other companies and they made it out within 2 hours. Tech was great. Kelly the owner was very kind and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend for any HVAC issues!

The best home repair experience I have ever had. Jay Wallish was the salesperson he was on time and professional. He answered all my questions and he delivered a proposal quickly which gave me the 2 options I asked for. The installation crew was also on time and completed the replacement the same day as promised. They came prepared with all the equipment necessary to make whatever was needed to complete the installation. I know it is only a furnace but it is beautiful. Great company, Great People, and a Great Experience

Excellent service! Jay came out and provided an estimate. The install crew (Dave, Bill and Derek) showed up on time and upon finishing, went over all the new equipment from the filter, to the new A/C condenser and going over the new thermostat. Jay showed up, too and made sure all questions were answered. Very much appreciated! Thank you for the phenomenal work!

Everything about the process was awesome! From the owner Kelly coming out to give us an estimate listening to our questions and explaining everything. The install crew was awesome as well, very professional and did a perfect install. Everything from pipes to ductwork, everything was level and square. Went through Costco for new furnace and A/C. Was SO pleased with Marsh Heating & Air right from the start. Sales person Gordon was knowledgeable, friendly & didn't try to over sell us. Was very responsive to calls & questions. He brought us heaters to use until our new furnace could be installed. Installers were phenomenal. Showed up on time, polite, explained what they were doing, cleaned up. Customer service great too. A great experience. Would highly recommend. So happy we went through Marsh Heating & Air.

We couldn't be more pleased with Marsh Heating & Air. Our 30+ year old A/C broke down during the hottest part of the summer (mid-July) and Marsh had the best bid to replace our system (via Costco). Our salesman Rob was very friendly and professional, and after we signed up, he actually spent more than an hour diagnosing & fixing our old unit so we would be comfortable until the new unit was installed!

Way beyond the call of duty - it is so great to see that outstanding customer service still exists today! The installation went very smoothly and quickly - our furnace room looks better than it ever did! I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Marsh to anyone!

Very nice and friendly people, salesman and the installer. The important part of my service was that they replace all my 25yrs+ old parts, tubes and wires whatever they can see or reach. I compared them to other company, for example I have a quote from Energy Point the cost was $2k more, but only replace parts that connect to the new furnace. I really like to recommend them to everyone. My furnace 99% efficiency and air-conditioner 18 seer from Costco The cost $10k

Received our A/C and furnace through Costco a few years back and system continues to work very well. I have been very impressed with our salesperson's (Jay) continuing committment to excellent service. I have asked him questions over the years, and he has quickly answered them. We have another company doing the maintenance (mainly because we're on the east side) but think we're going to switch to Marsh for mainentance (didn't realize they had this service).

Like that they aren't heavy into upselling and just do good work. Reading other reviews, disappointed that folks would downgrade Marsh for problems with the manufacturer (not "cool").

Went through Costco and what a great experience--from the estimate to the installation of our new energy efficient furnace! Jay demonstrates excellent customer service skills and the technician crew was efficient and neat! I thought the house fan system wasn't working after install, however, Marsh speedily sent out a knowledgeable tech to inspect and all was good! Turns out the furnace is extra quiet and efficient, unlike our dated original "dinosaur". So pleased with our service, we will be hiring Marsh in the spring to replace our AC unit. Thank you!

From the first time Kelly came to my home to give me an estimate, I knew I could trust him and he felt like an old friend. He gave me his cell phone number so I could contact him anytime. Marsh is a family run business and they take pride in what they do. Kelly made sure my job was completed in a timely manner. The installers were efficient and tidy.

Ok first let me say we went through Costco Marsh did the job they were hired to do despite the snow and winter conditions so this IS NOT a reflection on Marsh although they WERE my installer. We spent 8K on a Heating & cooling system for a home you would THINK it would work the heater did great & still does But The AC SUCKS! from the very 1st summer come the hot and humid days of July the damn thing NEVER keeps up. in looking up online since there are no errors on the system we found that because we have the old style hard ducting the ducts are probably not big enough to push enough airflow to keep the house cool my recommendation would be 1 NEVER buy Lennox 2 ASK if this will be a problem 3 make sure you can test EVERYTHING @ install Because we installed in Feb & never saw the problem till July there was nothing Costco could do. I'm not about to Rip this house to pieces replacing duct work my hubs has to be here for a job I do not so we will be living separately until he finds something else. Good Luck if you put in a new system THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE LENNOX PRODUCT NOT MARSH

My air conditioning stopped working on Saturday. Most services were not available but Marsh Heating & Air advertise that they are available for emergency service 24 - 7. I called late Saturday night to get service to come out. So I called hoping to schedule something or get on the list of hopefuls - when I called a "service" answered the phone and took all my information and said she would forward to a tech to follow up with me. It's now been almost a day later.no phone call and no emergency service. Maybe I will get a call Monday morning but by that time I can get a real professional and company to help. False advertising Marsh!

Marsh was a life saver, we came home from work (after hours) when the outside temp was -7 to find our furnace not working. A tech was out in 30 minutes and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. The tech was informative, polite and clean. I would gladly use Marsh again, highly recommended.

I contacted Marsh for an AC replacement quote on Tuesday and they were at my house on Wednesday. Jay showed up on time, was very polite and professional, and took the time to listen to my needs and situation. He took time to review my current AC system, and produced a fair, detailed and itemized quote. He was even able to knock 10% of the orginal quote once he found out I was a Costco member, as his company has a relationshp with them. I would feel comfortable contacting Marsh again.
