Services
The Marvair MAA and MGA family of vertical exterior wall mount air conditioners are used primarily to cool electronic and communication equipment shelters. Due to the high internal heat load, these shelters require cooling even when outside temperatures drop below 60°F (15°C). Marvair air conditioners have the necessary controls and components for operation during these (less than 60°F 15°C) temperatures. All models use the non-ozone depleting R-410A refrigerant. Marvair MAA air conditioners can be equipped with a factory installed economizer.
The Next Generation Scholar 2.0 VDA and VAA heat pumps and air conditioners are modular HVAC systems designed to provide heating, cooling, and outside fresh air for school classrooms. The units are installed in the classroom against an exterior wall. The vertical configuration minimizes the floor space occupied by the HVAC unit.

I ordered a part a week ago now and all I get for shipment answers are that it is out for delivery. they cannot provide me with a tracking number, nor will anyone return my emails or call request. They did however, charge my CC for the parts a week ago. Very poor customer service and now I am at risk of losing my customer due to the unreliable service and information. In addition, I was told that shipping a small box with a motor is over $85.00 standard ground, $360 overnight. Unbelievable!

Been trying to get a replacement compressor cost for two weeks now. When I get a call back no information is relayed. They have the model and serial #'s. WTF! Unless something changes by tomorrow to hell with it. I certainly won't by replace or use in any way this manufacturer if something doesn't change and quick.

I would NOT recommend this companies products. I had 2 Marvair air conditioning units installed on my new 52' boat built in 2009 (2 years old). I've had problems with them from the beginning. 30 days after the 2 year warranty expired one of the units went up completely. The company chose to do nothing about it. Given the condition of the other unit, it is about to go as well.
If you have a need for marine a/c units go with another brand. Marvair does not stand behind its' product. Hopefully this post will save you some money, time and aggravation.
