Masters Brothers

Master Brothers put in a new HVAC for us and we finally have the right size units for our house. Before putting in the new units they cleaned our ducts. In true Illinois fashion we have used both the heat and the A/C in April and they have both been great! Thanks Master Bros! Our whole house humidifier is now controlled by our Nest thermostat. Works great!

Masters Bros provided us with a competitive quote the same day they came to look at our AC unit. The install was quick and professional. They are prompt with service calls and have wonderful employees. Kris Walker is an amazing asset to your company. He is friendly, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate his time, effort and empathy for the situation we were in. Kris is worth his weight in gold!

Update to my review. Furnace issues this time : We had our furnace go out today. Kristopher was able to come our within a couple of hours of our call. He got in and figured out what the problem was, went and got the part and had our furnace up and running very quickly. Very great service at extremely reasonable pricing. Absolutely recommend! Air-conditioning recently went out The evening before Father's Day.

We call master brothers and Jeff was able to come out within 45 minutes and fix our air conditioner as well as detect a gas leak that we had. This was very fortunate as we do not know what it happened if we didn't realize we had a gas leak. Jeff was able to get our air conditioner up and running in no time. Great service very professional as well as not extremely expensive even for an emergency, even though it was an emergency Call. I am extremely happy with the service I received and would recommend Master Brothers to anyone who needs great service As well as not being taken to the cleaners on price.

Nathan was great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. They made scheduling quick and easy as well which I appreciate. It did not take a long time and did not have a 4 hour window to wait for them. Got a new furnace from these guys last year (2019) and a new A/C installed today (2020-May-15). Hopefully will not need anything new from them for a while, but would absolutely call them if I did. Professional, clean, you could hardly tell they came. Dustin did a great job with our installation!

Master Brothers has always been a great place to do business with. I am very impressed how kind and professional their staff is. Kris did a great job. He called me to inform me he was coming early, did the repair and texted me when he was done. From the time I called for an appointment to the time the repair was made was less than 3 hours. Our A/C went out and they sent an amazing guy (Jeff) to come look at our unit. He was kind, professional and tolerant of my sarcasm. I was frantic with a 10 year old and a boxer. He went above and beyond to help us and installed a brand new motor within an hour or so! Jeff was awesome and I promise if we need an hvac guy again that we will personally call and request him! I give him 10⭐️! Oh and the prices were amazing!!!! We are finally cooling off after a long 4th of July weekend without air!

AC failed Sunday evening after first night of running it this season (spring tune-up preceding Thursday so thought we were good to go). MB answering service/dispatch resulted in a quick call back and a late Sunday night new motor installation, which was very much appreciated as temps hit mid-upper 80s yesterday and humidity was up there as well. Special thanks to Jeff who was ready, willing and able to run out here, diagnose the problem, then convince someone to open the warehouse on a Sunday night, go pick up the new motor and return to finish the job (around 9:30-10:00 pm). Recently had our ducts cleaned and they did a great job. Very professional and courteous. Did a great job cleaning up.

From the initial phone call to set up an appointment to the moment they completely finished cleaning out our ducts, everything was better than anticipated. Heidi was very helpful when I called, answering questions that I had. Jeff was our technician and he worked his butt off. He was polite, and didn't seem to mind when we would ask about things, and again, worked extremely hard to get the job done.

When all was said and done, the ducts were near spotless, and cleaned up like no one was ever even there. I would highly recommend using Master Brothers! From start to finish, they were outstanding!

I highly recommend Jeff for your yearly maintenance. Jeff is professional, honest and personable. He always takes the time to explain things to me. He's great about recommending whether parts should be replaced/fixed now, or if it can wait, always providing options. I know I'm in good hands with Masters Brothers!

They were able to schedule a quick visit on relatively short notice, and my technician, Todd, was very professional and able to accomplish everything I needed in a short amount of time. Todd was absolutely amazing with cleaning out homes duct system. He was very professional, hardworking, friendly and took the time to explain how duct cleaning works. He even took before and after pictures of the ducts to show how much cleaner they were! I heard a lot of crude moving through those vacuum tubes! Jeff was AMAZING. Didn’t over charge us. Was honest and fair and gave great advice. He worked us into an already busy schedule when our AC quit working, because we have a baby, and the house was getting too hot. He and Masters Brothers are the ONLY ones we are working with from here on out. Would recommend 100%!

I have been a customer of Masters Brothers for many years.three homes to be exact. They are professional, thorough, price competitive and quality work. I also leveraged their duct cleaning in my latest home. Amazed at the cleaning result. Tim, Kris, Jeff, Todd, etc.all do a great job! Yesterday, my humidifier was not working. Kris came over and quickly determined the problem and walked me through it and the solution. He installed the new part and ensured I received my service contract discounts. All resolved in an hour or so. Excellent!

Jeff came today for our regular A/C maintenance and was polite, courteous and friendly. He took care of our air conditioner and made sure it was fully functional, taking care to show me what he did and explaining his work. Just before he left, my daughter fell and cut her eyebrow wide open. Jeff could have just ducked out since his job was finished, but he picked up my bleeding child, calmly helped me figure out how to tend to her wound, and stayed so I could gather my other kids and and prepare to head to the ER.

He comforted my little girl through her sobs as I scrambled to get us out the door. He even helped load my other young child safely into our vehicle with my permission and made sure we were fine before he left. Not only that, but a few hours later he stopped by again to hand-deliver our receipt (which we’d both forgotten about in the chaos) and to check on our family, offering kind words to my daughter concerning her stitches.

He was so caring, compassionate, and helpful. If that’s not amazing customer service, I don’t know what is. I can’t praise Jeff highly enough for going above and beyond to take care of us as customers and for this company which has some incredible employees. I will be recommending Masters Bros. to my friends and family!

We would definitely recommend Masters Bros. We have scheduled yearly furnace and AC maintenance check-ups and are always pleased with the good service and professional technicians that come out.

MastersBros replaced our 14 yr old air conditioner and we couldn't be more pleased. From the selling process to completion they were awesome. At no time did sales try to sell us a more expense model than we needed. Installation was as scheduled and there was no mess afterwards. We highly recommend them. We even received followup phone calls to insure we were satisfied -can't beat that.

AWESOME service!! Placed the work order a few ago & they came almost immediately! Super friendly & explained everything to me! They had to move a shelving unit to get to my AC unit & they moved it back & made sure everything was in the right spot. Really great experience!

These guys have always been great to work with! Our kids were having problems with bloody noses at night from the dry winter air. We call Masters Brothers about a whole house humidifier. They came out explained our options and price differences and had it installed the same day. Now several weeks later no bloody noses! Good people and helpful service at a fair price.

Our furnace quit on a snowy mid-April (!) morning. We called Masters Bros. and were told a technician would be here between 1.30 and 2. He was here in the estimated time frame, found the problem, and replaced the thermostat in good time and with a professional manner.

Master Brothers came to do a duct cleaning and air conditioner maintenance at the house. The guys were wonderful, efficient and cleaned up after they were done. Kris did our air conditioner and was very knowledgeable and explained everything. It was a really great experience. And after that duct cleaning the house smells cleaner!

Kris at Masters Brothers went above and beyond to make sure that the electrical, furnace and gas was in working order in our new home! So grateful to know that my son is safe to play in his room!!!
