I can not recommend Masters Heating and Air enough. We have had a better experience with them than we have had any company in the longest time and it has been such a relief to have such amazing people to help us. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and they really know how to explain everything to you. It's very rare these days to find a great company and quality/experienced employees behind them.
I am thankful to God I called them earlier this week.our lives could have been forever different had I not. A terrible situation was made brighter by this company. Amazing repair service, amazing sales team and amazing install team.all around top of the line business!

Of course it's a Holiday Weekend and hot outside. You turn the air on and of course the air doesn't work. So frustrating! Not sure who to call so we picked Masters. Best decision we could have made. They squeezed us in and fixed the problem! Best part was they had what we needed on the truck. Air was fixed that day. Thank you Masters, you will get our business again. Terry was kind and friendly. Terry definitely knew what he was doing. Terry will be the one I request next time! If you need HVAC service call Masters you won't regret it!

Terry is THE BEST! Extremely knowledge, professional and kind! He is the main reason I have stayed with Master for well over 10 year's and purchased a new Geothermal system from him. We have been doing business w/Masters for a long time - ever since they installed our geothermal unit over 10 years ago. We always ask for Terry - he is super knowledgeable and does fantastic work. Last time he was here doing routine checkup on our geo, he overheard me saying we wanted a new water heater and told me about a current promotion Masters had for that. A week later, we have a new water heater! Thanks Terry, you're the best!

When I needed service on my Water Furnace I called Masters Heating & Cooling, and they promptly sent Terry to diagnose and repair the problem. Terry quickly determined the source of the problem and he replaced the defective part. My Water Furnace was restored to good health promptly, and Terry determined that much of the repair costs were covered under the factory warranty.

Absolutely, blown away by Masters Heating and cooling service, repair, sales & installation. My AC Unit went out on Labor day Terry came out the next morning a hour after I called he took his time checking my AC Unit even explained the in's and out of replacing parts or getting a new unit. Due to his level of explanation we decided to get a whole new Unit. Kerry came right out within 30 Mins and walked through with Terry and sold us a new unit.
Now your installers, Wow what can I say they were respectful and worked very hard I had multiple gentlemen working here both Tim's, Aaron all day to ensure we Would have cool air again. I want to thank your entire team that helped our Family

Our AC went out about 2 weeks ago and my husband called them to come out and look at it. The man was very nice and told us that our AC had went to the big cooler in the sky. So we needed to get a new one. They gave us an estimate and scheduled an installation time. Since they were busy and wouldn't be able to install in right away, they loaned us a portable unit so we wouldn't melt. They came an installed it today and both men were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

When Brian first came out for our problem, he quickly discovered that our system was undersized for the square footage for our home. There have 2 other companies who came out and did n ot eve research that at all. He solved problem # 1 and gave us choice on 3 systems gafve us the quote. We decided to proceed with financing the deal. Donna and Beth from their office gave us a call and suggested another route to get the syatem.
So we did took about a month but it went through.
Had to get duct work replaced in the crawl space don as well. So Dave came out measured the duct work and took mesurements to install. The guys they used to install were very professional, respected our property and informed of the operation of the equipment. We highly suggest Matasters for all of your heat, air and plumbing needs

I had new Trane furnace and a new thermostat installed. Technicians did nice job installing and cleaned up as well. They did what they promised for the price promised , no surprises. They had best price and best warranty on labor(5 years) of 3 quotes I had. Others had 1 year on labor.(all 3 same on parts10 year). They also submit the info for you to get all rebates you may qualify for . Highly recommended .

I interviewed four companies with four different brand name systems. It was obvious that Masters, offering the Trane system, was far and away the most courteous and professional. All steps and options were explained so I could choose exactly what I wanted to be done. Since we had no heat, Masters loaned us two room heaters until the new furnace could be installed.
Because it’s a high-efficiency furnace, we’ll get a rebate from the utility companies (Masters will file the claim for us – now that’s customer service!). We’ve been running the new furnace for a week and it’s working exactly as promised. Masters delivered excellent service from sales to installation.

We needed a new geothermal system and obtained several quotes. Most were very professional, but Mr Biehn took the time to explain and answer all questions that my wife and I had. The quotes were competitive, however, Mr Biehns included insulated metal ducts and humidifier making his quote the bid of choice. Mr Midz preliminary work of measuring for install was thorough and professional as anyone we have ever dealt with.
On the day of install the men showed up at the appointed time and Mr Midz worked with them to insure a smooth installation of the system. It was nice to work with a company that handles both loop and furnace installation. For anyone considering a heating and cooling system, we recommend Masters.
