Just wanted to give a big shout out to Matrix HG specifically there worker Ramone. We had a water leak break the size of Old Faithful, and when other companies are enjoying their company parties and such, Ramone went above and beyond to make sure to come out after hours to make sure we got taken care of. What a great asset that guy is to have with your company. Give him a huge raise. He is AWESOME!

Matrix van ran red light at 5th and market today in San Francisco, nearly hitting me in the crosswalk. I phoned Matrix gave photo and license of the van. Company so unprofessional and rude, said they would wait for the ticket to come in the mail. Shame on Matrix, we all know there are NO cameras at 5th and Market, that's why they speed thru. Bad news

SOME COMPANIES PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE UP FRONT, BUT SOMETIMES THAT SERVICE GOES DOWN AFTER TIME. THAT'S NOT THE CASE WITH MATRIX. This company is extremely unprofessional and do a horrible job. They have come in to my business a number of times and every time have made the problem worse. They are not upfront about charges and then send you an invoice for hundreds of dollars. When coming to follow up on a problem they caused to our HVAC unit they charged us every time even though the problem was actually caused by them. I would not recommend using this Companey for a business.
