Services
McGill AirFlow's single-wall, round duct is fabricated to exacting tolerances that make it easy to assemble and essentially leak free. Round duct costs less to install than rectangular duct and because of its efficiency, a round duct system offers lower operating costs. Three standard types of single-wall, round duct are available: spiral lockseam, spiral lockseam with a standing rib, and longitudinal seam.
McGill AirFlow's double-wall, insulated duct and fittings provide exceptional noise and thermal control in air handling systems. They are constructed of a solid sheet metal outer pressure shell and a sheet metal inner liner with a layer of insulation sandwiched between. We offer double-wall, round duct in three outer shell constructions: spiral lockseam, spiral lockseam with a standing rib, and longitudinal seam.
McGill AirFlow's single-wall, rectangular duct and fittings are factory fabricated to furnish you with a high-quality line of products in a broad range of standard sizes. To minimize field-assembly costs, rectangular duct is supplied in lengths up to 6 feet. Longitudinal seams are typically made with Pittsburgh locks or button-punch snap locks.
McGill AirFlow's Rectangular-k27 duct and fittings provide exceptional noise and thermal control in air handling systems. This double-wall, insulated ductwork is constructed of a solid metal outer pressure shell and a metal inner liner with a layer of insulation sandwiched between. The acoustical/thermal insulation can be used with air velocities up to 10,000 fpm and temperatures up to 250°F.
