Never been so unsatisfied with a company before. I've been getting the run around for part that was ordered a month ago and when they finally got the part someone ordered the wrong part. I have tenants that are using space heaters and this is not cutting it. I also got charged $850 for 3 hours of work and got a lame explanation as to why they work on a project based rate which seems to benefit them more than the client on more occasions.
