Excellent experience from start to finish. Our service technician Pete alerted us that our 30 year old HVAC system was on the verge of failure and parts were no longer available. Jonah, the Home Comfort Advisor, came out, evaluated our needs and presented us with a number of options for each component of the new system. He honestly and clearly answered our questions and helped us arrive at a decision.
The three day process to remove the old furnace and air conditioner and install the new ones was excellently accomplished by technicians Asher and Brandon. These two young men were extremely capable, careful, respectful and efficient. When the city inspector came out for the inspection, he commented that the installation was very clean and professional. As measured by quality, care and competency, this investment was truly a value. I recommend Metal Masters very highly without reservation.

I was very pleased with almost the entire project. One unfortunate accident caused some difficulties. It was handled nicely by the head guy, whose name I've forgotten. Pete was very professional while being friendly and very helpful. He was able to clear up a lot of our concerns. We also would like to mention Joy. She worked very hard to see that our needs were taken care of in a timely manner. She was very friendly on the phone.
