ScoreCard: A+ I am a commercial field technician in Region nine; I've been with Metrotech since 2019 and I am always learning new things. I have a very good relationship with office staff, dispatch, general manager, account manager, purchasing dept, and in house lead technical advisor. There is no cap on the hours to work, MetroTech allow overtime to ensure clients needs are met.
There's so many positive reasons why to work as commercial technician; for me it's the freedom, the unlimited work hours, and the most important: the clients. The benefits and PTO is very competitive and on par in the HVAC industry. This is my two cent, I can write a novel but this is suffice lol
