Founded in 1961, Noakes, Inc. is a second generation family-owned and operated company based in Beatrice, NE. We are proud to provide Southeast Nebraska home and business owners with cutting-edge air conditioning, heating, and ventilation solutions. As a locally-owned and operated business since 1961, we have strong ties and are committed to supporting our local communities. Our employees and owners volunteer as coaches or sponsors for local sporting teams such as Beatrice Bombers, Beatrice Hoops, Beatrice Bullets, Magic Softball, as well as YMCA sponsored activities.

Appointment was scheduled and installation occurred timely and for exactly what their bid was. Installation personnel wore shoe covers and placed carped protector down on carpeted surface. Noakes is wonderful! We had our air conditioner go out mid-August and they came out the same day and fixed the issue. Then, on the coldest day of the year, our furnace quit working. I called that morning, fully expecting them to be booked. They were at our house within the hour. They diagnosed the issue, got the part, and came back to replace it.

I contacted Noakes on 6-7-2021 to see if they could repair my evaporator drain pan. Our unit was too old to find a replacement evaporator. We decided to get a new a/c system. They got the system here Tuesday and installed, checked and cleaned up after themselves in three hours. I would highly recommend them for any related projects. All the technicians were very professional and friendly. DO NOT HESITATE TO UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES. YOU Will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Thank you to everyone involved in this job. I appreciate it.

Called to come fix split unit and they could not figure out the brand or what was wrong with it so they left. My wife looked it up and figured it out and what was wrong with it. About 3 days later without calling or notifying us they show back up knocking on the door and said they need come come back in and look it, so we let them in even though we told them what was wrong and what brand it was.
After a while they said that was the issue and asked if we were going to order the part and i said yes i would. About a week later we get the bill in the mail for 2 service charges for them doing nothing and not even notifying or telling us they were coming back out and charging us another service charge. I do not recommend them.
