NFLAC installed a unit in my home almost 4 years ago. it recently needed an Evaporator Motor replaced. Invoice states 1395.00 minus 670.00 for a depreciated cost in part. Leaving me with a 725.00 bill. After many attempts to reach this company I told them that this was incorrect because the part was covered for 10yrs. They then state that this was for labor.

Being very generous I would say they spent 3 hrs doing this work. You do the math. I was also told: Well you paid it didn't you? Wasn't looking for a job done for free just wanted an honest fee. Average labor runs about 80-90 dollars an hour for this job. 270.00 worth of work. The reviews elsewhere are horrible. Please don't waste your time or money with them! Customer service ratings are just as poor.
