Great experience with NOCO Air and Ronnie who came out to fix our AC. All we needed was a new thermostat. He double checked all aspects of the system, installed the new thermostat, programmed it, and walked me through not only what he looked at but programming/using the new unit. Appreciate Ronnie's work and professionalism!

Furnace was fixed quickly, however when trying to use one of the coupons, they stated it has to be printed which the coupon does not mention and the service tech would not honor a digital copy. After calling their office they were able to honor it. Service: Heating system repair

I have a 15 year old Rinnai tankless water heater that started to go cold after 10 minutes. It would reset after I shut off and turned the faucet back on. When it failed, it gave a trouble code 10 (which means intake or exhaust blockage). I regrettably, first called another HVAC provider who really performed zero troubleshooting then proceeded to inform me that my water heater was very outdated and that repair didn't make sense.

I was told to properly T/S it would be $1200 minimum with no guarantee it could be fixed. They said my best option was to upgrade to their system for $6800.00 I called NCA and they promptly sent technician Matt White to my home. I explained the problem i was having and the code I was getting. Matt knew exactly what the problem was before even removing the cover.

Once he did, it was confirmed that my burner was partially blocked with dead Miller moths. It took Matt less than 30 minutes to clean them out, give the rest of the heater a look, test it and be out the door. He said the unit was working great and should last many more years. A little over $125 to clean out some pesky bugs versus another company trying to get me to shell out almost 7K for something unnecessary. Matt and Northern Colorado Air are my new go to HVAC provider. Their honesty and caring service was great. They give me hope that not everyone is simply out to make a buck and they genuinely put their customer first. Thanks again NCA!

I made an appointment over a month ago to have someone come out and clean my furnis today. I called earlier today to confirm my appointment and over the phone. Mike told me they would be at my home between 2pm - 4pm. I took over work early to come home. I waited, & waited and when it got. Lose to 4pm I called them to see what happened. The receptionist who answered the phone was rude and blew me off.

I asked to talk to Mike, and after a long wait on hold he answered, and also blew me off. "Whatever, it happens, I can reschedule you, but no one is coming today. How about Thursday?" When asked who the owner was, Mike replied, Mr. Griff, but he is old and doesn't work here anymore." Soooooo does that mean Mr. Griff doesn't care about his customers.

Or how they are trated by their staff? Because that is what it sounded like to me. Mr. Griff I would hope, and Im pretty sure you do care. Your values and business approach to your customers is not being upheld at your company. The tone of voice and the unprofessional behavior of your staff was shifty today. I will share this negative review on every platform several times let people know that your staff does not conduct business morally. Taking into consideration the time and money of its customers.

I had a very poor experience with thia company the receptionist was rude and dismisive she literally told me "I don't have anyone out ther so thats not happaning" then she said " you know I can just hang up on you " I was transferred to Mike.the guy who verified my apartment earlier that day and he was also dismisive and rude he said " well its not happening today what do you want to do " the he said " o dont know what your want me to do I already said sorry" I then asked if they could show up later today and he said " oh no maybe thursday" I declined there services. And will never use or recommend this poorly ran company to anyone ever there are too many hvac companies out there don't use this one

The technician that came out, Ronnie, was absolutely wonderful. Extremely professional, quickly installed the new thermostat, and even showed me step by step how to set up the scheduling option on the new one. Every time NCA sends someone out, the work is always done quickly and their prices are definitely more reasonable than most of the companies in the area!

I have used Northern Colorado Air since we bought our furnace over 20 years ago and before that with the first furnace in our home. They are skilled, ethical, prompt, professional along with kind and friendly. They answer every question I might have about furnace/ac operation and seek to give the best care to both for me so my system lasts as long as possible and gives me the performance I want.

I enroll in the twice a year checks and I think it is very worth it. I have never had any major problems and only a few operational questions which they always respond to quickly and with good information for me.

I forgot that Northern Colorado Air installed my latest furnace / AC and I called the "other guys". Bad decision. The other company decided I needed a new system for $2500 minimum. The guy said my CO was too high by showing me the CO ppm on his meter. There was no calibration sticker on his meter. After he left I looked through my records and discovered Northern Colorado Air had done the install.

I had them come out and they did an inspection finding that the igniter needed to be replaced. Fixed it for a very low cost. "Other guys" have a bigger company but that's because they are thieves.

Our home is only 2 years old and Noco Air installed the unit. Had them come out on a Saturday because we returned home from out of town and our house was very warm. They came out and replaced freon(which is hard to believe considering it's only 2 yrs old), to the tune of $560. The next day the house was still not cool. Called Monday and was told "it's just hot outside". so basically no help. Called again and they said they could not fit us in for a week out.

I told them we were going out of town that day for a week and they offered a date 2 weeks out. Who wants to go without AC and live in a hot house for 1-2 weeks, especially after I just paid them $560 for nothing? And it's 90+ degrees outside! Now I'm having to get someone else out to my house. That's poor customer service. And frankly, I question their product. Should not have this issue in a brand new home with a brand new system!

Had a problem with our HVAC system on Sat evening with overnight lows predicted below zero. Tech had multiple service calls and kept us apprised, then arrived exactly at his projected time. He was thorough, professional and cordial. Resolved the issue, made recommendations for follow up service later to re-do some items the builder incorrectly installed. Very impressed and it was great to wake up Sun morning in a warm house!

I had a great experience with this company 4 years ago when I purchased an ac unit. The price and service was excellent. Recently, my furnace started short-cycling and I was left without heat on December. On a Friday night. I'm prepared to pay an extra fee, but I was disappointed that the prices were tantamount to gouging. Ronnie, quoted me $120 to show up and $140 an hour thereafter. Honestly he seemed a bit flippant.

If I didn't like it, I could go without heat fur the weekend and call the "girls" in the office on Monday to book. I ended up calling Good Guys, who charged $99. I ended up buying a new furnace and they waved that fee. In the end, I spent $4800.

Northern colorado air is extremely high in customer service, staff, technicians, quality of work and pricing. Dylan Peterson was my technician today for my furnace winterization and was awesome. I will only use this company for all my furnace and related needs. Highly recommend them.

After being kept waiting for more than a day by another company (steer clear of Allen Service) when my air conditioner broke, Northern Colorado Air really delivered! Though we had to pay the after-hours charge, I think we still paid less (or at least equal to) than what we would have paid with another company. The tech was knowledgeable and very quick - once he identified the problem, things were fixed and the a/c was up and running in less than 30 minutes.

I really appreciated that they were able to get someone out on a Friday night who knew what he was doing. I'll definitely be using this company for any HVAC issues I may encounter in the future.

NoCo Air has been an excellent choice, first as a service provider, then as a source for a new unit. Three years ago ac died. They came out quickly and noted that outside portion of system was in bad shape (it was 18 years old.) technician said he could install a small electrical part to boost voltage in failing area and possibly get a few more years out of it. Polite and professional.

Last year same outside unit died. Got several prices and they were as low as others. New unit installed fast. City inspector came to check it out (required here) and when I told him who had installed it, he said, "I don't expect any problems. They always do very good work." Just had system check done prior to one year mark. Coolant low due to a slightly loose connector. Refilled with coolant, tightened fitting, and everything else inspected.

No charge! When my furnace goes out (inevitable, as it is now 21 years old), I won't bother to get multiple bids. I'll get it done right the first time by a company that stands behind its work.

Not too often these day s that a tech shows up on time, puts on house booties, covers all of your flooring does the job correctly, vacuums up when he's done and does it for a competetive price. Amazing, knowledgeble, friendly and courtious service. I will never call anybody else. Bobby was great.can't even tell anyone was in the house exept that everything works correctly now. Can't thank these guys enough.

The technician that came out to service our furnace did a fine job. The service was thorough, and he found the issue and fixed it promptly. We didn't even have to wait for a part, as he had it in stock in his truck. I would have given them a 5 star rating for the service. However, they charged me for a service fee, parts and labor, as well as a diagnostic fee. Isn't the whole point of the service to determine what is wrong? I have no problem paying for service, parts and labor, but I felt like I was double-charged.

I got an A/C quote from one of the "comfort specialists." He rushed through the process of looking at the furnace and vents and didn't even bother to look at the potential pad site. Um, isn't this important? He rushed through the quote talking so quickly that I could barely understand him and then he said, "Well, do you have any questions besides the obvious?" This is a big purchase for me and this sales rep was beyond rude.

I got a quote from Poudre Valley Air as well and they were extremely professional and respectful. Even though their bid is higher, I'm going to work with them since they actually value their customers. I don't usually write reviews of any sort but this NC Air rep was a total waste of my time!

Technician Ronny Allen came out to our house for a general check & service, and was as nice and quick as he could be! Very courteous, wore the clean booties so as not to track in snow and dirt on our already snow and dirt covered floors. Was very friendly to our three large and rather intimidating dogs - who also liked him very much. He was on time even despite the rough roads due to a snow storm! Thanks!
