Our fully staffed Service Department gives us the unique ability to service what we sell. The technologically advanced equipment of today sometimes requires factory start-up for proper operation and all of our technicians are factory trained for the repair and mechanical start-up of the equipment we supply. Whether it be a mechanical start-up, warranty problem or difficult service issue our technicians are here to assist you.
For over thirty years R.P. O'Connell has been selling, installing and maintaining Delta Controls Building Automation Systems (BAS). We deliver total building automation solutions for projects in commercial office buildings, K-12 schools, higher education, hospitality, healthcare and industrial/manufacturing facilities.

We have a customer that had a testing facility that needed parts for a Daikin unit. It was late in the day (4:30) but the parts were ordered and were called in to factory to have them shipped. Less that 16 hrs later. The board is in our possession and is getting installed! My hat is off to these people who get it done!
