CLEAN & SERVICE - Includes, nozzle, filter element, pump strainer & gasket, and labor for the Clean out, up to 2 hours. LABOR RATE: $95.00 Per Hour (after normal working hours Monday thru Friday) (Weekends and Holidays) Overtime Hours. LABOR RATE: $75.00 Per Hour for Air Conditioning Service during normal working hours.

If you have ever needed a SPECIAL DELIVERY of heating oil because you forgot to call and place an order, you might try our COMPUTERIZED AUTOMATIC DELIVERY SYSTEM. You won't have the added expense of having your heating unit restarted, or paying for repairs such as a blocked fuel system, which happens from running out of oil.

Service Contract Report

This Service Contract protects your heating system from most breakdowns and includes an annual tune-up so we prevent some problems from occurring. The annual tune-up will be performed once during the Service Contract term during regular working hours as scheduled by our service department. NOTE: If system has more than one circulator, each additional circulator must be covered at an additional cost. Price also includes coverage of thermostat. If additional circulators are not covered, NO circulators whatsoever will be covered by this plan.

Called this morning for service on my oil furnace. Technician showed up early. Gave me 2 options on the motor that was seized. First company I called said they were short on Technicians and couldn't fix for over a week. Andrew (technician)was very friendly and professional.

I was unpleasant experience as they lack the most friendly customer service people. I urgently needed the oil and they did not know how to give me an exact day to deliver it to me.

Good pricing and friendly customer service rep's. I am not on an automatic delivery and simply call when my tank reaches 3/8 - usually delivers within 2 days.
