Pape Air Conditioning & Heating and their capable technician, David, efficiently and professionally fixed our electrical issues. David and his assistant, Cris, were very helpful in explaining the immediate difficulties and what needed to be done. They also made helpful suggestions to help avoid problems in the future. I HIGHLY recommend their service to others.

The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable, and they came right out ( I think I waited about an hour from the time I called them till they pulled up in the driveway!). They assessed the problem, ordered the part, and by the next work day these guys were done. Great place to do business with! Definitely will use Pape again.

David replaced a fan motor on our outside unit and it is still going after 31 years. Pape's was recommended by a friend and we haven't regretted it. Great service and price is very reasonable! Service: A/C system maintenance

Pape Air's Technician came out to do a 2nd opinion diagnostic.found the root of my problem (which was not what I had been told by previous service company), gave honest and reasonable repair/replacement options and quoted less than original servicer. Great customer care! I will be calling on them when I am ready to replace my unit.

I came home about mid afternoon on a Friday and immediately knew that my AC was not working well enough for the hot weekend ahead. I called a couple of other companies (including the one that had performed maintenance on the unit A WEEK AGO) and no one was able to help me in a timely manner. I took a chance and called Pape AC and not only was the lady on the phone extremely nice and helpful, it wasn't 15 minutes and the repairman was knocking on my door.

He was in and out in about an hour and my system is working great! I signed up for bi-annual check-ups (they told me they would keep track of the scheduling and the filters!) and will likely use them to replace my ageing system. Thanks Pape!

We have used Pape Heating & A/C for years, both for our commercial offices and for our home. We had maintenance agreements for our commercial bldgs and they were always prompt and responsive when we had issues. We have continued to have Pape service our 2 home systems and they are always professional, prompt and I recommend them highly!

Very professional, knowledgeable, and relatable. He did not talk over my head and was genuinely concerned about our system and the best way to service us. Noted that this was the busiest time of the year for them, yet he did not rush or show frustrations when I had questions. I have found my "A/C" guy(s), at last! I've worked with several other companies in this area, but none compare to the friendliness and price. Great Job, Pape!

Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday. I called Pape air conditioning and heating as soon as they opened on Monday morning. I spoke to a very pleasant person, explained our problem and they had someone at our house within an hour. The technician promptly found the problem and fixed it. The technician then gave our system a thorough checkup. I highly recommend Pape Air conditioning and heating for their knowledgeable technicians, great customer service and reasonable prices.

We have used Pape Air Conditioning for 15 years. Their service has always been outstanding. We've used them for routine maintenance, and when our aging unit needed replacing, they did that, too. They are great company and great family-owned business.

I called Pape to work on my Airstream. I told them exactly what I needed. After getting out here and billing for a service call, they let me know I have closed system. The tech then tried to make me pay $120 for a part that cost less than $10. This was in addition to the service charges, EPA disposal fees, etc, that were all added to the bill after the fact.

I feel like I was EXTREMELY mislead. Maybe I am wrong, but this seems like a very QUESTIONABLE way to do business. I would think you could find someone that doesn't need to mislead people in order to pay their bills. The ONLY reason I didn't get taken advantage is because I caught the tech lying to me. He told me he had to "braze" this particular $120 part on. WOW. Was he surprised when I knew what a SHREDDER VALVE WAS. Funny, I think he forgot what it was called.

I told him, I do not need a lesson in AC repair. I need someone with a license for R12/R22 because I don't have one. That's the only reason I am paying you. I may look young but I have been around the block buddy.
