We recently had a new heat pump and ductless mini-split HVAC system installed in our home. Phoenix installed the system and the process was fantastic from beginning to end. An assessment was done, and we were explained very clearly what needed to be done. When it was time for the work, the installers were amazing in their quality of work, time frame, and how kind and professional they were. I would highly recommend (and have already) Phoenix for any of your HVAC needs. This is a well run organization!

Over the course of several months, I had two different techs from Phoenix mechanical in my home to inspect my boiler and water heater for repairs (and down the road, replacement) I even requested a quote for a gas line for a stove- The line is already dug up to my house. It would have been a quick and easy job. They couldn't bother getting back to me with any actual quotes. I'm in touch with a plumber now who quickly gave me all the information I requested after one visit. I'll be moving forward with them.

Several times now they have shown up with the wrong equipment for the job and left the job undone. One hand doesn't seem to know what the other hand is doing. Taking business elsewhere.

We have been extremely happy with them. Honest, straightforward and do a great job.

We have used Phoenix Mechanical (in Elmsford) since moving to the Rivertowns 5 years ago. They have installed 2 new furnaces, done duct work to support those, installed 2 new air con units, and have done twice yearly maintenance. I have always found their work professional and efficient.

Life savers! The heat stopped working in my house 2 hours before I was hosting 18 people for Shabbat dinner, and had 10 sleepover guests. A technician arrived within an hour, bought the missing part, and by the time my guests arrived the house was warm and perfect! Thank you!!!

I found them very expensive. Also, when we were traveling, my father in law had to call in because our air conditioner stopped working. They were rude to him and upset my in laws.

We've used the Phoenix team twice since moving to Chappaqua 6 months ago, once to install digital thermostats and once to replace a number of older systems. Phoenix Mechanical has done an energy audit, new thermostats, and HVAC Mitsubishi and Daikin systems in various parts of my home. Their work has improved and evened out the comfort in my home. They are reliable, impeccably neat, and gracious.

The team did a really good job at coming to fix a problem with my A/C unit. The first time they came out the unit happened to be working (I hate when that happens) and after running the diagnostics they couldn't see anything wrong. Less than three weeks later the system stopped working again. Called Pheonix and they understood our frustration so they promptly sent out two very professional mechanics (Willie and Doug) and they got too the bottom of the issue and fixed it. We are very happy with their work.

We had a heating emergency at 2am and left a message for Phoenix Mechanical. They quickly called us back, but said they don't' work on oil boilers. We wonder if they just didn't want to make a late-night service call, though. Their website has a photo of a "high efficiency oil boiler" that they installed.

My air conditioner was fixed. That was no problem. The problem I have is that to diagnose the problem they come in for maybe 15 minutes and charge for an hour of labor. The part came in and the first hour is recharged again and then is when it is charged for another half hour. I never had this before. None of this was explained. I would not have minded the first hour and then billed for the fix time at the after first hour rate. They took over for Tuttofare who was wonderful and a gentleman and fair. Very disappointed. Call around first.

Wow! Phoenix and crew really come through. My ancient HVAC unit was limping along at a snails pace. It was hot as Hades in here and I was way past due for some HVAC work. I am a big "shopper" and true to form I got quite a few quotes to update and upgrade my system. Overall, I was most impressed with Jonathon's knowledge and professionalism. Jonathon came up with a unique solution that saved me a lot of money.something none of the other quotes even mentioned.

Very happy with their service and professionalism. Everyone was helpful and answered our questions in a timely manner. The two gentlemen who installed our units worked quickly and explained everything about high-quality Mitsubishi units they sell. These units are so quiet and effective you sometimes don't even know they are on! What a difference from our window ACs over the years. Worked with our electrician to finish the project successfully without any issues. Would highly recommend.
