Juan and his team were absolutely wonderful! They have the best prices and greatest work in the business. Our 50 year old AC unit went out and 25 year old indoor unit as well. They was quick to get started and complete the job! Very clean, while working both inside and out of our home. I felt comfortable leaving them there to work while I ran errands.

Super friendly and easy to communicate with, I will definitely be referring them to anyone in need of service! Air is blowing colder than ever and we're on week 3. Impressed to say the least. Work is warranted as well!

I had someone come look at why my ac wasn't cooling. They refilled 4lb refrigerant and charged me 250$ without asking my permission to refill the refrigerant. While leaving the guy says there may be leakage in refrigerant in the evaporators coil, it would cost 400$ more for that leakage inspection. I am not sure if it makes sense to refill all that refrigerant if we r not sure about the leak. I would have appreciated a normal 79$ service charge with a detailed diagnosis report.

I want to personally thank Willie Curtis for turning a potential unhappy customer, that has used United Mechanical, for all of our home needs. I.E. a/c, plumbing issues, and any other home needs. My wife and I have been very trusting of this company and want to remain with this company for all our home needs. Again, I was almost ready to lose my faith and Willie saved the day.

I would encourage those of you who question your home contractor give United Mechanical a shot at your needs. They are so honest, trustworthy and are there to make sure that CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS KEY.

Last time they came to light up the boiler, it would cost me about $200. This time they came to replace the pump blower relay ($39.50). Total cost $669. I talked to the manager. He said that it took a little over 7 hours on this job. He only charged me 4 hours. Yes, just a relay and they charged me $669 for it. OVER CHARGE. OVER CHARGE. I will never call them again.

I've been using them for years. Best price. Best service. This last time, with a plumbing issue, I decided to call around for estimates. They were less than half of the nearest offer. and I'm sure they performed better than the more expensive one would have.

United Mechanical has been our only go to company for many years. They are reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, neat, and cordial. We use them for all of our plumbing, AC, and heating needs. They are the best!
