Loved the communication technique between the ladies in the office. The technician was very knowledgeable and responsible when it came down to getting the job done. It was quick and efficient. Aside from the technician, the ladies were very helpful with scheduling everything on time and educated on the possible issues my system would encounter. Very grateful and would recommend!

From the scheduling a "PM" service call to completing the transaction, everything went as smooth as melted butter on a warm biscuit. Art explained everything that he was checking and showed me, on my unit, where the proper measurements could be verified. I felt very confident in his abilities and knowledge/expertise. He answered all of my questions and made suggestions on things I can do in-between the 2 yearly visits. Polar Air for the win!

Polar Air replaced my 4 ton AC. The installers were prompt and very efficient. They removed our old unit and replaced it with a new Carrier. Great job and explanation of what was being done. Was very impressed with how quick Polar Air arrived at my house after the initial call. Technician was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining what he found and what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Another thing that was noticed was the high quality of tools and instruments that were used to diagnose the system. Great experience working with Polar Air. So grateful and thankful for Polar Air. I was having issues with my central air and had already had 2 different companies come out to try and fix it. Not only could they not find the issue but they seemed to be in a rush. Came across Polar Air and contacted them and oh how I wish I would of found them sooner. The young gentleman by the name of Cosme was very knowledgeable and quickly found the problem and he had my ac up and running within minutes. Great customer service from this young man and I will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends.
