Porter Heating & Cooling

Not sure what is happening. Had HVAC maintenance appt for May 6. Were no-show. Called May 6 and then again May 9 - no response. Wondering if everything is ok? Used company for many years, but from my understanding there are some changes with the company. Not sure what to think.

Called Jim and he came right over, needed heat pump system replaced, he had lowest price with best quality, got the paper work done and made appointment to do the work, took him and 2 of his workers less than 4 hours to remove old system and install new one, just wish they would have removed an older air handler that the previous installers had left behind, he said they would but it's still sitting up there

I have had several positive interactions with this company. Got them to install 2 brand new units in my building. Very professional guys. Anytime I call for service, they respond with courteous service. Jim, Ben and Bryan are great guys.

After getting the run around from other companies who do similar work, I spoke with them and they addressed all the concerns I was having in a highly professional way. Outstanding service. Our unit's Warranty expired one month before an issue occurred which would have normally have been the death of the system; our unit had been maintained and was in good condition. Owner, Jim, came by as his workers said they'd never seen anything like it before. He did a fix outside the norm to buy us time as we weren't in a position to buy a new system and the issue was not normal (Manufacturer defect?) The work he did has continued to work years later allowing us to put off the purchase of a new unit. Any issues have been quickly addressed and corrected. All Praise and Glory to God. We're thankful for this company and the work received.

Had a fantastic experience with this company! They worked with me on understanding exactly what needed to be done in my home, treated me with respect, showed up exactly when they said they would, and maintained a great line of communication and expectation with my repair. From the initial calls to get pricing to the polite technicians in my home (down to wearing booties inside the house to not bring any dirt in), I was impressed with the level of service provided. Very quick when your AC is out! I have a business location, AC went out, had one AC company right down the street come out and diagnose since they were right down the street. Simple part failure on the ceiling unit and they quoted almost $900. Seemed way too high so I call Airforce around 5pm that evening. They came out the next morning and had the part and fixed it for under $300! Super fast and very reasonable on pricing. Always get multiple quotes.

Look through the books found Air Force heating and cooling. Needed a new duck work in the house and new units. They came out evaluated and gave me an outstanding deal I could not pass up. Employees were awesome very neat very clean! Kept all their work outside very organized and each time they entered the house they had a little plastic booties on their shoes. I can't say enough about the professionalism and excellent service of Airforce. Our technician had an exceptional work ethic and was great at walking us through the details of the appointment and work that needed to be done. The office staff was first class all the way!

We have had a maintenance contract with another company and were told one of our HVAC units needed to be replaced for thousands of dollars. I contacted Airforce Mechanical to get a second opinion two days ago. "Ben" showed up in the yesterday morning and got the existing unit fixed. It is now working great. I will drop the maintenance contract with the other guys.

We used a groupon for service. Heather communicated with us before the appointment. She was great and even tried to make our appointment for an hour earlier. Ben was a wonderful tech. He explained things, was thorough, and friendly. We are going to need a new unit in about a year unless the compressor goes out before then. We will be asking Air Force for a quote. I recommend them!
