I replaced an old heating and air conditioning system by this company, my exiting system was very old. Technicians Andrew and Marvin took time to re-route ducting. They are very professional and polite. I would recommend this company to perform all services.

I cannot recommend Presidential enough. We had a heat pump issue that caused a lot of unexpected logistical challenges (none of which were related to Presidential.) Gina and Juan were communicative, professional, dedicated to helping us fix the issue, and extremely kind. They went above and beyond to help us and I wholeheartedly recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy company that cares about their customers.

Geena, the Service scheduler, was MORE than helpful on a very short timeline, as my house sells in early March. A gas valve needed replacement, and both she, the service mgr, and Juan the techie thought they had the correct part; they did not, but we will work out an addendum to the sales contract. And Presidential did not charge me for this unsuccessful visit. A good, honest company.

Our Furnace decided to let us down in the middle of February while the temperature were frigid. The part that needed to be replace was at least8 weeks on back order if not more. So I decided to replace the entire furnace an amazing which was approaching its end of life anyway, plus I have a little one at home and I am a brain cancer patient on an experimental deice which doesn't work well in cold temps. what company!.fantastic experience all the way around from Glenn Hoffacker (comfort consultant) who come to our place to assess what will be needed.

He was an amazing, clearly very experienced gentleman. I am so glad they send him. He worked with me on pricing. Their prices are very competitive. Ask for him if you are able. work schedule for next day. Dave and Jason were here and get us up and running in few hours. They were amazing. They rolled out a carpet from the front door all the way to the furnace cabinet. They did a great job and left the place spotless. Their support service (Lesley, Gina) were very helpful as well. Thank you a thousand time.

Our heat pump compressor decided to quit on us and our system went on auxiliary backup heat. I called Presidential due to the number of high positive reviews on Google. They were able to come out the next day and diagnose the problem. Unfortunately the heat pump needed to be replaced so I decided to purchase a new heat pump and furnace/blower. The sales representative from Presidential was very helpful and offered options in every price range.

I purchased a system on a Friday and Monday it was installed The installers showed up on time and were very professional. The new unit is working great! I would highly recommend using Presidential!

Had heat pump replaced, crew showed up and promptly got to work. Extreme care was taken during the removal of old system/ installation to protect everything. After the work was done, each technician showed me the work they had done, asked/answered any questions and showed me details of operation. The work was done in 4 hours and the new unit is working perfectly. Would (/have already) absolutely recommend Presidential to friends and family.
